Animadex vs CatchCat

Turn the real world into your own animal collection. Animadex is a wildlife-collecting game where every catch is a real animal you photograph yourself. Spot a bird on your walk, a fox in the park, or your cat on the couch — snap a photo and Animadex identifies the species in seconds, then adds it to your personal collection. IDENTIFY ANYTHING Point your camera at any animal for an instant species identification, powered by AI. Mammals, birds, bugs, reptiles, sea life — hundreds of species to discover. BUILD YOUR COLLECTION Every species you catch fills in your dex, organized by category and rarity. Hunt common backyard critters and chase down rare and legendary finds. Many animals have special variants to complete, too. EXPLORE & SCAN Scan your surroundings to reveal the species hiding nearby, then head out to find them. The more places you explore, the more your map fills in. DAILY QUIZ Test your animal knowledge with a fresh guessing challenge every day. COMPETE WITH FRIENDS Add friends with a code and climb the leaderboards — locally and globally. See who's built the rarest, deepest collection. QUESTS & REWARDS Complete missions, level up, earn medals, and unlock profile cosmetics as you grow from a beginner into a master naturalist. REAL PHOTOS ONLY Animadex is about actually getting outside. Captures must be real photos of real animals — screenshots and saved images are detected and rejected, so every collection is honestly earned. Whether you're a birder, a hiker, a curious kid, or just someone who loves animals, Animadex turns every encounter into a catch worth keeping. Download free and start your collection today.
