Pufferblocks

Pufferblocks is a one-thumb block puzzle with a twist no other puzzle has: every piece is a pressurised gas chamber. Drop pieces to complete lines and VENT them — and the gas physically blasts sideways into the blocks next door, over-inflating them until they POP in chain reactions. But every pop leaves wreckage that clogs the board. Chains clear space now and seed trouble later. Read the pressure, or watch it all blow. It's a real economy, not a reskin. Placement, venting, rupture chains and wreckage all feed one risk-reward loop you won't find anywhere else. WHY YOU'LL STAY • Risk pays — the fullest, highest-pressure pieces score the most, if you dare place them. Greed is a perfectly good strategy until it isn't. • Combo streaks, CLEAN SWEEP all-clears, and a "Gas Leak" fever mode when the board tips into glorious chaos. • A daily challenge where the whole world gets the exact same pieces — with its own global leaderboard. Same hand, same day, no excuses. • An adaptive soundtrack that literally speeds up as your board fills and your streak climbs. The band plays faster the hotter it gets. • Three block styles, including a default where every block has a face — and the face itself swells as the pressure rises. • Slapstick, never gross-out: cartoon clouds, a cheeky raspberry of brass, and the occasional perfectly-timed sad trombone. A PREMIUM GAME, THE OLD-FASHIONED WAY • Pay once. Play forever. • No ads. Ever. • No in-app purchases. No subscriptions. • No tracking, no accounts, no nonsense — your game stays on your device. Easy to pick up in one thumb. Hard to put down once the chains start going off. Welcome to Pufferblocks.
BlockBurst
Read full descriptionHide full description
BlockBurst is a block-drop puzzle game. You get three pieces at a time and drag them onto an 8x8 board. Fill a full row or column and it clears. Clear two lines at once and the score jumps; keep clearing on back-to-back moves and the combo multiplier climbs. Levels are scored on the moves you have left, not on speed, so you can sit and think about where a piece goes. CAMPAIGN 60 hand-built levels on a scrolling map, with four objective types: reach a target score, clear a set number of lines, break all the ice, or break all the crates. Every level awards 1 to 3 stars based on your leftover moves, for 180 stars in all, and you can replay any level to beat your own count. 33 piece shapes across 8 colors. FOUR KINDS OF BLOCK - Ice cracks when a line clears over it, and later levels stack it up to three layers deep - Crates block placement but still count toward a completed line, and some take two hits - Stone never breaks, so a line running through it needs fewer blocks to complete - Rocket pieces are handed to you when you clear two or more lines in one move, and wipe a whole row or column HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT - A six-step walkthrough runs the first time you play, and a How to Play rulebook lives in settings - A live drop preview highlights valid landing cells and glows any row or column your placement would complete, before you let go - The tray leans toward smaller pieces when the board gets crowded and tries to always deal you at least one piece that fits - The bomb booster blasts a 3x3 area, and the hammer booster removes any block or crate you tap for the cost of one move - Short tutorial cards appear the first time you actually run into each kind of block BLOCKIES Nine collectible characters, drawn with shapes instead of art files. Each one gives a passive perk while equipped: bonus coins, extra moves, a free hammer, a combo shield, a score boost on clears, a cheaper rescue, or an extra layer of ice cracked per clear. They unlock as you beat levels 3, 6, 10, 15, 24, 32, 44, and 56, react to how your level is going, and can wear accessories you buy with coins. SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY - A Daily Challenge puzzle built from the date, the same board for everyone in your time zone - A login streak that pays out more coins each day on a 7-day cycle - A star chest every 10 stars, worth 100 coins plus a bomb and a hammer COINS, HEARTS, THEMES Coins come from winning levels, daily challenges, streaks, and chests. Spend them on heart refills, booster packs, character accessories, and themes. You start with 5 hearts, one returns every 5 minutes, and a lost level costs one. If you run out of moves you can pay 75 coins once per attempt to continue with 5 more moves and a fresh tray. Eight themes change the background gradient and accent color: one is free, five unlock at 9, 24, 60, 105, and 150 stars, and two cost coins. NO IN-APP PURCHASES There is nothing to buy with real money. Every coin is earned in-game. The game is supported by ads instead: a banner on the level map, an interstitial after every third level, and an optional rewarded video in the shop if you want an extra life. YOUR PROGRESS STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE Stars, coins, hearts, boosters, streaks, characters, and themes are all stored locally. There is no account, no sign-in, and no cloud sync. Apart from serving ads, the game does not need a connection. Sound effects and haptics each have their own toggle in settings, and game audio mixes with whatever you already have playing. Universal app for iPhone and iPad.
