Untrodden Go where the tourists don't. Untrodden finds the hidden gems near you - or anywhere you're headed - and scores every place for how off the beaten path it actually is. No influencer lists. No gift shops. Just places worth finding. DISCOVER WHAT OTHERS MISS Every result gets an obscurity score from 0–100. Hidden gems (70+) rise to the top. Places that have already gone mainstream get flagged so you can skip them. We'll even warn you about the tourist traps nearby - and suggest the best time to visit before the crowds show up. SCOUT BEFORE YOU GO Heading somewhere new? Search any destination and find its hidden gems before you arrive. Untrodden works as your pre-trip scout, not just your in-the-moment map. YOUR EXPLORER'S JOURNAL Mark places you've visited, add a personal note, and attach a photo taken on the spot. Build your passport of hidden gems over time - bookmarked places sync across your devices so your next adventure is always ready. SHARE THE FIND Discovered somewhere special? Share a postcard-style gem card with friends. No coordinates dropped in a group chat - a proper share, the way a find like that deserves. BUILT FOR THE ANTI-TOURIST Obscurity scores for every place Crowd warnings for nearby tourist traps Best time to visit, no live data needed Visited log with notes and photos Save for later, synced across devices Trip mode: scout any destination No account. No ads. No algorithm. Data from OpenStreetMap contributors.

Hecate is a map of the real world you have personally discovered. Start a walk and watch streets, neighbourhoods, and cities emerge as you move. Explore your current city, see how much of it you’ve uncovered, and keep your discoveries private and synced across your devices. Hecate uses background location only during an active walk, so your route can continue to be recorded while your screen is locked. Finish the walk at any time to stop tracking.
