LivingLean AI vs NthScroll

LivingLean is a private AI food coach and accountability partner. This isn't a calorie calculator you fill in by hand. You talk to your coach — type, dictate, or snap a meal photo — and it logs what you ate, estimates your calories and macros, and remembers your patterns so the next conversation doesn't start from zero. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Log food by photo, voice, or a plain sentence - Ask what to order, what to cook, or what to do with what's in the   fridge - Track weight over time and see the trend, not just today's number - Talk through a hard day, a plateau, or a meal you'd rather not   explain - Pick up where you left off, whether that was yesterday or three   weeks ago WHY PEOPLE STAY Members tell us the same thing: it's accountability without judgment. The coach is there whenever you need it, it doesn't get tired of you, and you can be honest with it in a way that's hard with anyone else. PRIVACY Your conversations are yours. We don't sell your data. SUBSCRIPTION LivingLean requires a subscription. New members start with a 14-day free trial. DISCLAIMER LivingLean is a food coach and accountability partner. Your coach is an AI, and the calories, macros, and calorie budgets it provides are estimates you can edit at any time. It does not provide medical or clinical advice and is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. You don't need another app telling you you've spent 47 minutes. Nth counts what actually matters: how many reels you've watched. Set a daily budget — say, 60 — and browse like normal. A quiet gauge counts down as you scroll. When you hit zero, Nth doesn't lock you out: it asks you to take one slow breath, and then the choice is yours. Feeling lucky? Spin the wheel for a few bonus reels (small, capped — seasoning, not a loophole). Stay under budget and your streak grows. • One number, not a timer — "87 reels" hits different than "43 minutes" • A breath at zero, not a lockout — friction, not force • Spin to earn a few extras, hard-capped daily • Streaks for days you stay under • Short-form video hidden from your regular feed, so browsing is safe • Everything stays on your device — no accounts, no tracking, no data collected Nth works with the mobile websites of Instagram and YouTube, which you browse under your own account. It is an independent app, not affiliated with or endorsed by those services.
