Business Tycoon Empire is a stock market and management game. You start with €12 million, buy shares, take control of companies and build an empire against eighteen rival holding companies. One name ends up at the top of the leaderboard: yours, or a rival who played it more patiently. A MARKET WITH A LIFE OF ITS OWN Prices follow earnings, sector cycles and the mood of the market. Nothing is scripted: bubbles inflate and burst, and crashes don't send a warning. BUY IN, THEN GAIN GROUND Buy shares at today's price and sell when the market proves you right. In every sector, companies fight over the same customers. An aging giant keeps its quality but loses its growth — hire and invest in R&D at yours, and take market share from it. CROSS 50% Own more than half and the company is yours. You appoint its executive, collect its dividends and fund its hiring and R&D. LAUNCH A TAKEOVER BID Not enough shares left on the market? Buy out the shareholders: offer a premium, borrow the difference if you need to, then win the board vote. DELEGATE, THEN STOP WATCHING Thirty companies don't fit in one head. Give each executive a mandate — growth, margin or caution — and they run their company's cash on it, every week, without you. Whatever still needs your call goes to the top of one queue, ordered by what waiting costs. FOUND, INNOVATE, MERGE Start your own company, then bet on R&D: a breakthrough, a revolution… or a flop. Merge two companies you control to carry more weight in their market. UNICORNS AND BANKRUPTCIES Startups keep launching. Most fail; a few become unicorns. A struggling company goes under for good — judged on the real tests of financial analysis — and your shares go with it. BANKS AND CREDIT Borrow to buy sooner, at the rate your credit rating earns you, from AAA down to D. Issue fixed-coupon bonds. Pile on too much leverage and your rating drops: rates climb and the bank lends you less. ANSWER TO YOUR SHAREHOLDERS They set targets, with deadlines. Miss them and they vote on throwing you out. You can still win that vote — if you saw it coming. RIVALS AND GEOPOLITICS The eighteen rival holdings hire, buy out, take over countries and bid for your companies. The world map holds twenty-eight real countries: buy one and pass laws there. A German subsidy only helps your companies based in Germany. SPEND IT The holding's cash isn't yours. Pay yourself — the taxman takes his cut first — then go shopping: a Paris apartment, a long-range jet, a 110-meter yacht, a private island, a football club. Everything costs upkeep every week, and makes you harder to vote out. Spin most of them in 3D, or put one on your table in augmented reality. SEASONS AND GOALS New goals every day. Each season runs four weeks with fifty reward tiers. And for a change of pace: six scenarios, four difficulty levels and Game Center achievements. TIME ON YOUR TERMS A game week goes by in seconds, at speeds from 1× to 16×. Your empire keeps running while you're away: the Dynamic Island counts down to the earnings cap, and you come back to a market that has moved and dividends already paid. BOARD MEMBERSHIP An optional subscription: every video reward without the video, no forced ads, free gems every day, 32× speed, eight companies to found instead of six, and lower fees and interest. No account needed. Plays offline.

Founder Mode is a single-player startup simulator. You take a company from a spare room toward an IPO or a sale. Most runs do not get there. The whole simulation runs on your phone. Saves stay on the device. There are no ads and no tracking. You hire, you raise, you ship product, you sit in board meetings, you decide whether to take the deal. Cash runs out. The board can remove you. Competitors ship. Difficulty is set when you create the founder and does not change. This is meant to be hard. Surviving should feel like you earned it. No in-app purchases, no subscription, no energy timers. If the game crashes, an optional crash report can leave the device. That is off if you turn Crash reports off in Settings.
