brainmate by Brain M8 vs Triquid Notes

Your AI second brain for business. brainmate remembers the people, companies, and projects you tell it about — and asks about the things you haven't mentioned lately. Talk to it like a colleague. It files what matters into an organized workspace of notes you can browse, search, and export anytime. No prompt engineering, no setup, no learning curve. WHAT IT DOES - Chat that captures: mention a person, a deal, a deadline — brainmate writes it down in the right place and confirms what it saved. - Daily Pulse: a short check-in that surfaces what needs attention — stale relationships, open loops, questions worth answering. - A real workspace: every note is plain markdown with links between people, companies, and projects. Browse it, search it, export the whole thing whenever you want. - Reminders that follow through: ask for a nudge and it shows up — completing it updates your notes too. BUILT FOR BUSINESS OWNERS No dashboards to configure. No fields to fill in. You talk; it organizes. It's the assistant that actually remembers last month. YOUR DATA, YOURS Notes are stored securely and belong to you. AI features run only with your consent and can be turned off in Settings. Export everything, anytime. brainmate Solo is $29.99/month after a 2-week free trial. Cancel anytime. Already subscribed on the web? Sign in — no second purchase needed.
