FastLine

FastLine is the intermittent fasting timer that does the one thing you actually open the app for โ beautifully โ and doesn't charge you $70 a year for a countdown. Start a fast and a clean count-up ring shows your elapsed time, your current stage, and how long until your goal. It lives where you'll actually see it: on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island as a Live Activity, and on your Home Screen as a widget. No need to keep opening the app. HONEST PRICING The timer, fasting stages, history and stats are free, forever. Pro is an optional upgrade at a fair price โ about twenty dollars a year, or a one-time lifetime unlock โ not a $70 subscription hidden behind a countdown. WHAT YOU GET, FREE โข Count-up fasting ring with time elapsed and time remaining โข Popular protocols: 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD โข Live Activity on the Lock Screen + Dynamic Island โข Home Screen widget โข Educational fasting stages as the hours pass โข History, current streak, averages and a 14-day chart PRO (OPTIONAL) โข Custom fasting goals โ set your own hours โข Mood & energy notes on every fast โข Weight trend from Apple Health โข Export your history to CSV ON YOUR WRIST Glance at your fast on Apple Watch and start or end it without reaching for your phone. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account. No backend. Your fasts stay on your device. FastLine reads your weight from Apple Health only if you turn it on, and never writes your data anywhere. A NOTE ON HEALTH FastLine is an educational tracking tool, not medical advice. Fasting isn't right for everyone โ talk to a doctor before making changes, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a history of disordered eating. Fastino tracks intermittent fasting and gets out of the way. Start a fast with one tap โ from the app, the Lock Screen, Control Center, your watch, Siri, or a double-tap on the back of your phone โ and the app handles the rest. A watch app that works on its own The Apple Watch app installs with the iPhone app or entirely without it. Start and end fasts, fix a start time you tapped late, change your plan, and see your streak โ all with the phone out of range. Everything syncs through your own iCloud. Your schedule doesn't drift You choose the time you start fasting, and your eating window closes at that time every day. Fast two hours longer than planned and you've spent two hours of today's eating window โ you haven't pushed tomorrow's start two hours later. Plans 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD. Your goal is fixed when a fast starts, so changing plans never rewrites your history. Stats worth checking Current and longest streak, current and longest fast, a seven-day chart, and 30-day averages. Streaks are strict โ no freezes, no rest days โ and every number is recomputed from your fasts, so an edit is always reflected correctly. Apple Health, read-only See your weight and your sleep on the same timeline as your fasting hours. Fastino reads from Health and never writes to it, and Health data is never stored or synced. On your Lock Screen and in Control Center A Lock Screen widget counts your fast without draining anything, a Control Center toggle starts and ends one from anywhere, and a watch complication keeps it on your face. History you can fix Every fast, grouped by month. Edit a time, add a fast you forgot, attach a note, or export everything as CSV. It's your data. Free, and staying free No subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads, no account, no analytics, no backend. Your fasts live on your devices and in your private iCloud.
