Kodo is a free code editor for iPhone and iPad, with on-device AI, project workspaces and an interactive SSH terminal. No Kodo account is required. • Edit code with syntax highlighting, multiple tabs, find and replace, snippets, formatting tools and Emmet. • Organize files and projects, start from six web templates, and recover drafts or saved versions. • Preview HTML and Markdown, inspect the web preview console, work with CSV tables and edit PDFs. • Ask local AI to explain code, suggest inline completions or propose changes across multiple files. Review the differences and choose what to apply. • Open SQLite databases and connect to PostgreSQL to explore tables and run queries. • Use SSH, transfer files with SFTP or FTP, and manage npm or Python jobs on your own remote server. • Download GitHub repositories, update linked copies and push files. Choose a compatible Qwen, Gemma, DeepSeek, Phi, Mistral, Granite or SmolLM model. Models are downloaded only when you request them; availability, memory needs and speed depend on your device. The interface supports 25 language localizations. Local editing and downloaded AI models work offline. Model downloads, GitHub, remote databases, SSH and file transfers require a connection and any relevant credentials. Files you choose to transfer are sent to those services.

About

TermLite

Features

TermLite is a local-only SSH client for developers, DevOps engineers, sysadmins, and anyone who manages servers — built for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. No account. No backend. No cloud vault. Most SSH apps ask you to sign up and sync your servers through their cloud. TermLite refuses to. There is no TermLite server to breach, no account to leak, and no third party between your device and your machines. Hosts, credentials, private keys, snippets, and configuration are stored on your device. SSH connections go straight from your device to your server. PRIVACY BY DESIGN • Open the app and start — no email, no password, no OAuth • Direct SSH — device to server, never routed through our infrastructure • Sensitive values hidden by default, with a warning before you save credentials • Optional encrypted backup you control — export and import on your own terms • App Privacy label: Data Not Collected — we do not collect your data DAILY SSH TOOLKIT • SSH terminal with password and private-key authentication • Host manager — save, search, favorite, and reconnect in one tap • Private key import with passphrase support • SFTP browser — browse, upload, and download files • Port forwarding — local tunnels per host • Command snippets — store and run commands you use every day • Clear connection states — auth failed, unreachable, host-key warnings • Mobile shortcut bar — Tab, Esc, Ctrl, and arrow keys within thumb reach BUILT FOR EVERY SCREEN On iPhone and iPad, TermLite is designed for thumbs — not a desktop UI squeezed onto a phone. One SSH session at a time, with a shortcut bar built for mobile. On Mac, it opens into a native workspace with sidebar, tabs, and split tab for running two shells side by side. TERMLITE PRO Upgrade without creating an account. Premium is unlocked through the App Store — monthly or yearly with a 3-day free trial, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. No login required. • Unlimited saved hosts • Unlimited snippets • Split tab — two shells side by side in one tab (Mac) • App lock (Face ID / Touch ID) • Terminal themes and advanced productivity features Free tier includes 3 hosts, 5 snippets, basic SSH, SFTP, and 1 port forwarding rule — enough to try TermLite on a real server before upgrading. WHO IT'S FOR • Developers with a VPS or home lab • DevOps and SREs who need fast server access • Indie hackers deploying their own apps • Power users who want a simple SSH client without the signup friction TermLite connects to servers you own or operate. You are responsible for securing your credentials and backing up your local configuration. Download TermLite and SSH with nothing standing between you and your shell.
