All trademarks belong to their respective owners. AgentMeter Pro unlocks advanced features in this app; subscriptions and API usage for third-party services are billed separately by their respective providers. Data sources, quota rules, reset schedules, and billing methods may change. The provider’s official account and billing information always takes precedence. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open AgentMeter on your iPhone and Apple Watch. 2. For plans that require Mac collection, install the companion AgentMeter collector from our website. 3. Services that support iPhone collection can be configured directly in the app. 4. Add an iPhone or iPad widget or an Apple Watch complication to keep quota status close at hand. PRIVACY AND DATA RELIABILITY Provider credentials are never sent to AgentMeter servers. Coding-plan credentials remain on the Mac or iPhone responsible for collection. Cleaned quota snapshots sync between your devices through your private iCloud database. Credentials used for API balances and billing remain in the non-synchronizing Keychain of the device where they were entered and are never written to CloudKit. A paired Apple Watch receives only allowlisted display values. It does not store provider credentials or connect directly to provider APIs. If a request fails, a credential expires, or a data source changes, AgentMeter keeps the last successful result and marks it as stale. Unknown data is never presented as a confirmed quota value. AGENTMETER PRO Quota viewing, notifications, the Mac companion, the Watch app, and every Apple Watch complication remain free. AgentMeter Pro is available as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase. It unlocks: • Advanced iPhone and iPad dashboard layouts • A dense list layout • Custom service display order • Every iPhone and iPad widget The yearly subscription includes a seven-day free trial. Prices are displayed by the App Store. REQUIREMENTS • A paired Apple Watch is required for Watch features • Devices must use the same Apple Account for cross-device quota synchronization • Some coding plans require the companion Mac collector • A valid plan or developer API account from the relevant provider is required Terms of Use (Apple Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

【Your AI quota, ready before you wake】 Today's AI services run on a 5-hour usage window, counted from your first message of the day. Speak up only at 8:00 and your whole golden morning is locked into one cycle — your quota won't reset until the afternoon. AI Wake does it differently: before you get up (3 hours early by default, adjustable), it automatically says good morning to your AI so the 5-hour cycle starts sooner. Wake at 8:00 and your quota resets at 10:00 — your prime hours, handed back to you. Set your wake time. It handles the rest. ■ Two ways to wake ・Shortcut mode: no server, works for everyone, triggered on-device by iOS Shortcuts — completely free. ・Cloud mode: sent by an always-on server, unaffected by a locked or powered-off phone — the most reliable. ■ All-Day Relay (Cloud only) The morning wake isn't the only one. Within the hours you choose, the server fires a fresh wake every 5 hours so your quota cycle never stalls — there's always headroom when you need it. Set fixed hours, or run around the clock. ■ Wake Log Every successful wake is recorded. A GitHub-style heatmap shows your streak at a glance — the payoff of opening your quota early, day after day. ■ We take your trust seriously Cloud mode needs your AI access token, and we treat it as a password-grade asset: ・Encrypted in transit, end to end (HTTPS) ・Stored on the server with AES-256-GCM — only ciphertext hits the disk, plaintext never lands there and never enters any log ・Decrypted in memory only for the few seconds the wake runs, then discarded ・The backend source is public — audit it yourself, or even run it on your own host, so your token never touches ours The app includes a full "Security & Transparency" page that honestly discloses even our current limitations. ■ About subscriptions The app is free, and Shortcut mode is completely free to use. Cloud mode (with All-Day Relay and zero maintenance) is a monthly subscription with a 2-week free trial; cancel anytime in system settings before it renews. — AI Wake is an independent, third-party app, not affiliated with any AI provider. Using the wake feature requires your own active subscription. Terms of Use (EULA): https://aiwake.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://aiwake.app/privacy
