About

Sheaf

Sheaf is a Catholic app with songs of its own and quizzes that start easy and get hard. Easy asks you to finish the Hail Mary. Hard asks which council the Catechism quotes on the consecration of the bread and wine. There is also a page to read every morning, and two paths of thirty lessons each: one for you, and one to work through together with your children. THE SONGS Every song was made for Sheaf. There are three artists, each with a sound and a page of their own. Porchlight Psalm sings gospel soul about ordinary days: in Open Hands a grocery bag splits at the door and the oranges roll, and Room for More starts with six bent chairs and a table for four. Neon Nave is slap bass, a Rhodes and a gospel choir behind one lead. Compline Coast plays West Coast soft rock at the hour of Vespers, with the sanctuary lamp burning red. The words are on screen, so you can sing along. With Sheaf Pro, songs download to your phone and keep playing in the car when the signal drops. THE QUIZZES There are three: the prayers you know by heart, the Mass part by part, and where things are written in Scripture. Each has sixty questions, twenty at every level. Medium asks why. On Hard, one question wants the name of the second-century writer the Catechism quotes on the Mass, and the emperor he wrote to. Every answer comes with a short explanation. Questions you have not seen yet come first, so a second round brings new ones. THE MORNING PAGE A verse, a short reflection and a prayer, written for that day and following the Church's year. On All Saints the verse is the great multitude from Revelation that no one could count. On Christ the King it is Pilate asking, "Are you a king then?" The morning page is free for everybody, every day, and is never part of the subscription. THE PATHS Two paths through the Creed, the sacraments, the moral life and prayer, thirty lessons each. The one for you gives the reasons the Church gives, says the hard teachings plainly, and ends every lesson with five questions. The other is written to be done together with your children and ends with three. YOUR STREAK Sheaf keeps count of the days you read, the rounds you play and the lessons you finish. Prayer and listening earn no points, on purpose. You don't need an account, and anything you write stays on your phone. ABOUT THE CATALOGUE Sheaf's songs, reflections, quiz questions and lessons are generated with AI and every item is read by a person before it is published. The artists named on the songs are voices made with AI, not people, and none is modelled on a real singer. Scripture is quoted from public-domain translations and never rewritten. Sheaf carries no ecclesiastical endorsement and does not claim one; human review is quality assurance and nothing more. WHAT IS FREE, AND WHAT IS NOT Free: a page every morning, and whole songs, quizzes and lessons — not samples of them. Sheaf Pro opens the rest of the library: every song, every quiz, and both paths. Sheaf Pro is an auto-renewing subscription with a 14-day free trial. • Monthly — EUR 5.99 per month • Yearly — EUR 39.99 per year Prices are shown in your own currency before you buy and may differ by region.
