About

Neverloop

Features

Neverloop composes focus music on your iPhone while you listen. It never loops and never plays the same piece twice, so it can stay on in the background for hours without wearing thin. TWO SCENES FOR WORK • Deep Work: slow chords on pads and electric piano, soft bells, no beat. Made to sit under writing, coding and reading. • Lo-fi Desk: a swung beat, jazz chords on a worn electric piano, vinyl crackle and tape. Each scene has its own moods, like Study beats, Late night tape, Coffee shop and Writing in the rain. Four controls shape what plays: Energy, Light, Depth and Evolve. Press New variation and a different piece begins at the next bar. SOUNDS AROUND THE MUSIC • Rain that never loops • Brown, deep brown, pink and white noise, with a tone control in Hz • Pure tones, pulses and binaural beats, including 6, 7.83 and 40 Hz • The whole piece in A = 432 Hz, composed in that tuning rather than slowed down • Or turn the music off and keep only the rain or the noise A TIMER THAT ENDS IN MUSIC • 25, 50 or 90 minutes, or your own length • Build your own cycle from focus, break and rounds, like 25 + 5 × 4: the music rests during breaks • When time is up, the piece settles on its home chord instead of an alarm BREATHE A separate breathing mode with a pacer: box 4-4-4-4, 4-7-8, 4-6-8-4, even breathing or your own seconds. A soft chime marks each phase, over quiet Deep Work, for 3 to 20 minutes or as long as you like. ON THE LOCK SCREEN Lock your phone and the music keeps playing. The lock screen shows the variation that plays, with play and pause, and Next starts a new variation. SAVE WHAT YOU LIKE Keep a variation with every setting and its timer, and bring it back with one tap. FREE AND PRO Free: Deep Work, breathing, every sound and tone, the timer and three saved presets. Neverloop Pro is one purchase, no subscription: Lo-fi Desk, focus cycles, unlimited saved presets and every scene to come. Lo-fi Desk plays for three minutes in the free version, so you can hear it first. Works offline. No account, no ads.
