Bhavitta is a private, on-device retirement-readiness check and planning tool. Instead of guessing with a single "magic number," you map your whole life as a timeline and watch a real simulation engine tell you whether the plan survives. WHO IT'S FOR Anyone planning for retirement who needs more than a back-of-the-envelope estimate — whether you'll live and retire in one country or move between them. Especially useful when your income, taxes, and cost of living change over the years. BUILD A LIFE-STAGE TIMELINE • Map each chapter as a stage: a city in India, a US cost-of-living tier, or a move abroad to one of 30+ curated cities (Bangalore, Lisbon, Chiang Mai, Dubai, Mexico City, Singapore, Tokyo and more), each with realistic local costs. • Layer in the things that actually move the needle — kids' college, a pension or Social Security, buying or renting a home (with mortgage payoff and sale proceeds), and one-time events like a windfall or a down payment. • Each stage shows its own total income and spending, and uncovered years auto-fill so the model never breaks. • Add life events from a grouped picker — a wedding, a baby, a raise, a sabbatical — or start from a ready-made life story like retiring early or caring for parents. TWO SIMULATION MODELS, ONE PICTURE • Replay decades of real market history (1928–2023 — nominal, or inflation-adjusted returns). • Or run 10,000 Monte Carlo trials from your own expected return and volatility. • Either way you get a probability "fan" of outcomes — from an optimistic upside, through a P90 planner line, to a conservative floor — plus your true survival rate. READINESS SCORE • A single 0–100 score answers "am I ready?" at a glance, with a plain-language reason why and the earliest age you could stop working. • See the top changes that would move it most — retire later, spend less, or survive a bad first year — then try one as a what-if. • Share the result or set a private, on-device check-in reminder. TRY A WHAT-IF • Model a job loss, a market crash, retiring early or late, moving abroad, or a big expense — see the before/after instantly. • Keep the change in this plan, or save it as a new scenario to compare. STRESS-TEST & COMPARE • A return × inflation heatmap shows how sensitive your plan is to the two assumptions that matter most. • Compare scenarios side by side with a plain-language winner line, against a feasibility benchmark (P50 / P80 / P90 / P95). Clone, rename, and tune in seconds. SEE EVERY YEAR • A full amortization ledger breaks down each year's income, taxes, expenses, college, property costs, one-time events, and closing balance — for any percentile path. THINK IN YOUR CURRENCY • Display figures in 20 currencies, with Indian lakh/crore grouping for INR. GET A SECOND OPINION • Export any scenario as clean Markdown to paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. STAY INFORMED — ARTHA NEWS • A curated retirement and cross-border finance feed — FIRE, NRI, tax, markets — personalized to your plan and filtered entirely on your device from trusted sources, with a one-tap link from a relevant story into a what-if. A live market ticker for major US and Indian indices, never a server or an account. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything runs on your device. No account, no sign-up. Your financial plan, timeline, and scenarios never leave your phone. The app uses anonymous, non- identifying usage analytics (no personal or financial data, never linked to you) to help us understand which features are useful — full detail in our privacy policy. Bhavitta is an educational planning tool, not financial advice. Projections are estimates based on your inputs and historical or simulated market behavior, and are not guarantees of future results. ---

FIRE

Most FIRE calculators give you one number and call it a day. FIREpath shows you all 5 retirement paths side by side so you can actually compare your options instead of running the math five separate times in five different spreadsheets. See every scenario at once: Regular FIRE - the classic 4% rule Lean FIRE - retire sooner on less Fat FIRE - retire later with more cushion Coast FIRE - the number where you can stop contributing forever Barista FIRE - semi-retire with part-time income "What if" sliders that update in real time Drag a slider to add $200/month to your savings. Watch your retirement date move instantly. Try a 9% return instead of 7%. Cut your expenses by 15%. No spreadsheets, no formulas to remember, just drag and see your future change in front of you. Built for people who are serious about this * Visual timeline from your current age to retirement, with every FIRE milestone marked * Coast FIRE calculator: see the exact number where you can stop contributing and still hit your target by retirement age * Full monthly breakdown: savings rate, projected portfolio income, inflation-adjusted value * Save multiple scenarios and compare them side by side ("current plan" vs "if I cut expenses") * Shareable results card for your FIRE journey Why FIREpath is different We built this because we were tired of switching between three different calculators every time we wanted to test a new scenario. No other tool shows Lean, Regular, Fat, Coast, and Barista FIRE together with live interactive sliders. This is the FIRE calculator we wished existed. Free to use. No sign-up required. Your numbers stay private, nothing is shared, nothing is sold. Start calculating your FIRE date in under 30 seconds. For educational purposes only. Not financial advice. Projections assume consistent returns which are not guaranteed. Consult a licensed financial advisor for personalized guidance.
