CalCast

Every calorie app makes you work for it. Photograph the plate. Search a database. Scroll forty results for "chicken." CalCast just lets you say what you ate. Type it or speak it — "two eggs on toast and a flat white" — and it's logged with calories and macros in about a second. Then it does the thing no other tracker does: it puts a date on your goal weight. HOW TO USE CALCAST: 1) Answer a few questions to build your plan 2) Type or say what you ate* 3) See your calories, your macros, and the date you'll hit your goal weight YOUR GOAL, WITH A DATE ON IT Most apps show you today. CalCast shows you the finish line — the day you reach your goal weight at your current pace. Every meal you log moves it, so you always know what a choice actually costs. KNOW THE WEEK BEFORE IT ENDS The week ledger projects where you'll land while there's still time to change it. On pace, under pressure, or over — you find out on Wednesday, not on Sunday night. PLAN AROUND THE BIG NIGHT Tell CalCast about the wedding, the dinner out, your dad's birthday. The event radar prices each one in advance, so the ordinary days around them can carry the weight. EVERYTHING ON ONE TIMELINE Meals, weight, water and workouts, in the order they happened. One screen, no tabs to hunt through. LOG WITHOUT OPENING THE APP Ask Siri. Tap the widget. Hold the mic and talk. Forgot to log yesterday? Add it to yesterday — CalCast backdates it without disturbing today's numbers. BUILT FOR REAL WEEKS Save the meals you eat often. Scan a barcode when it's easier. Set workout reminders that check off without pretending to know how many calories you burned. CalCast isn't a diet, and it isn't a coach. It won't lecture you or pretend a heavy week didn't happen. It counts honestly, forecasts honestly, and leaves the decisions where they belong — with you. If you have ideas or questions, email us at bimsui@icloud.com. NOTE: We do not offer medical advice. Targets and forecasts are estimates based on what you enter, and should be treated as suggestions. Please consult a doctor or registered dietitian before changing how you eat — particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, managing a health condition, under 18, or have any history of disordered eating. *LOGGING REQUIRES A SUBSCRIPTION AFTER THE FREE TRIAL. If it lapses, everything you have logged stays readable — you just can't add to it until you resubscribe. TERMS: https://calcast.pages.dev/terms PRIVACY: https://calcast.pages.dev/privacy
