Build workouts in seconds, organise them into folders, and let clear voice cues guide you through every interval—without constantly checking your screen. Build Better Workouts : Start with a quick preset or build your workout from scratch. Set warm-up, work, recovery, cooldown, and transition intervals with complete control. Create unlimited workouts and organise them into folders by training style, fitness goal, athlete, client, or family member. Dedicated Tabata Sessions: Create dedicated Tabata workouts with the classic work and recovery structure built in. Optionally enter the exercise on each work phase, then start training. Clear voice prompts and audio cues play over your music, podcast, or audiobook, telling you when to work, recover, and transition. Choose extended voice prompts for more guidance, or use minimal prompts when you want fewer interruptions. Landscape Workout Display: Turn your iPhone sideways for a clear, easy-to-read landscape workout display. See the current interval, countdown, and workout information at a glance while training, making it ideal for treadmill sessions, gym workouts, or when your phone is positioned at a distance. Choose Your Workout Mode Standard: Flexible interval training for HIIT, strength training, boxing, rowing, bodyweight workouts, and more. Tabata: A dedicated Tabata session with optional exercise descriptions on the work phases. Treadmill: Set target speed and incline for every interval, so you know exactly what to set for each phase. Circuit: Name every exercise and follow your circuit without having to remember what's next. Spin: Set target difficulty and power for every interval, giving every effort a clear goal. Train From Your Wrist: Start and follow workouts directly from Apple Watch, with live synchronisation to your iPhone. Keep Training With Your Phone Locked: Put your phone in your pocket and concentrate on the workout.
