SAMPLE IMPORT & MANIPULATION: Import your own audio. Our advanced editor lets you slice, time-stretch (varispeed), pitch-shift, and draw dynamic fades independently, pad by pad or right on the timeline. LIVE PADS & SEQUENCER: Compose, make beats, and trigger scenes in real-time at 60FPS with our advanced quantization engine, ensuring your groove is always perfectly on beat. DSP EFFECTS RACK: Plug in your instrument or mic (via USB interface or internal mic) and access an in-line pedal chain. Includes amp simulators, pitch shifting, analog delays, reverbs, compressors, and much more. GLOBAL MIDI CONNECTIVITY: Connect your keyboard or controller. Map buttons and knobs instantly through the Studio I/O diagnostics center. CLOUD ECOSYSTEM & GOOGLE DRIVE: Automatically sync your effects presets, MIDI mapping profiles, and favorite loops to the cloud. With the PRO STUDIO subscription, save your projects to Google Drive and open them on any screen: start on your iPhone or iPad and finish on your computer (native Mac and Windows app included). LogSynth

LogSynth is a polyphonic virtual-analog synthesizer built for people who care what's actually happening in the signal path, not just what the preset browser looks like. Every voice runs five anti-aliased oscillators (sine, triangle, saw, pulse with PWM, and a band-limited impulse train) plus a dedicated sub-oscillator and noise source, mixed per-voice with independent amp envelopes. Chunky oscillators, crisp effects and a zero-delay-feedback state-variable filter โ switchable low/high/bandpass. The drive effect is powered by a physically modeled diode circuit, numerically integrated rather than a lookup-table approximation, so pushing it into saturation behaves the way an actual analog drive would. FEATURES - 8-voice polyphony, 5 oscillators + sub + noise per voice - Zero-delay-feedback state-variable filter with resonant feedback and diode drive saturation - 5 independent oscillator envelopes plus a dedicated filter envelope - 2 assignable LFOs and an 8-slot modulation matrix - Built-in chorus, delay, FDN reverb, and 4-mode distortion - 41 factory presets across Bass, Lead, Pluck, and Effects - One-tap patch randomizer with adjustable intensity - Real-time oscilloscope, on-screen keyboard, and CoreMIDI input - Runs standalone or as an AUv3 instrument inside AU hosts Whether you're sound designing from scratch or dropping it into a DAW as a plugin, Logsynth gives you the same engine everywhere โ no watered-down mobile version, no feature gating between standalone and plugin modes.

Verdict
The clearest difference is price: SAS at Free against LogSynth's $9.99. SAS also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). LogSynth's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ads (none vs shown). On device support there is nothing between them.
