Can you picture which solid a flat net will fold into? FoldShape Quest lets you fold a net one hinge at a time and watch it close into a 3D solid. Squares become a box, triangles become a tent, and you can rotate every shape with your finger. If net questions make you freeze, if cutting and gluing paper models takes too long, or if mountain and valley folds still feel fuzzy, this puzzle is for you. No scissors or paper needed. Tap "Fold next" and one hinge on the net folds while the 3D view follows. Each hinge is marked as a valley, mountain, or locked fold, so you can see which way it bends before you fold it. 5 PUZZLES • First Cube Net (cube) • Triangle Tent (tetrahedron) • Hex Prism Wrap (hexagonal prism) • Hinge Direction Gate (compare mountain, valley, and locked hinges) • Bridge Solid Boss (combine folds in opposite directions) FEATURES • See the net and the 3D solid together as you fold • Rotate the 3D view with your finger and look from any angle • Use hints when you get stuck • Earn 1 to 3 stars based on the hints you used and your time • Track XP and solved puzzles in your Research notebook • Check each finished solid and every hinge angle in the Lab • Available in 10 languages Progress is saved on your device. No account, no ads, and no additional in-app purchases. Start with the cube and fold your first net.
