About

GameChest

Save the games you spot, in seconds. GameChest is your game backlog, wishlist and collection, kept in a chest in your own cozy pixel room. You see a game in a clip, on a page or on a friend's screen, and by tomorrow the name is gone. Search it, share the link, scan the box or snap the cover, and it lands in your chest together with where you found it. Collect. Play. Remember. ADD IT TO YOUR CHEST IN SECONDS • Tap the magnifying glass and search the game catalog as you type • Share a post or page from another app straight to GameChest, or paste a link • Scan the barcode on a game box • Read the title from a cover photo or screenshot. The text recognition runs on your device. Nothing is saved until you have checked the details. The link where you found the game stays with the entry. YOUR DASHBOARD AT A GLANCE • Your next game, your favorites and your games by status • Ask Till what to play, right from your dashboard • New releases and popular games to explore A CHEST THAT GROWS WITH YOU • Your collection is a chest in a top-down pixel room. It grows in seven stages, from Empty Crate to Legendary Chest, and deleting a game never shrinks it. • Walk your companion through the room. The shelf shows what you are playing and what is waiting, and you change a status with one tap. • Decorate the room your way. New decor unlocks as your collector level grows. • Sit down at the computer to discover games in an endless feed of cards with covers, screenshots and trailers. • Step through the door into your own video store with shelves, a bargain bin and a counter. Nothing is for sale here; it is where your next search starts. • Behind the back door, the flea market sets out crates of games to dig through. PLAY IT, RATE IT, SHARE IT • Mark games as Want to play, Playing, Completed or Dropped, and rate them with stars • Play tonight suggests at most three games from your own chest • Chest stats show your games per console, genres, status, ratings and what you added and finished each year • Turn a game into a Memory Card, or share your whole chest as an image or as a link. A link lasts 30 days and you can stop sharing at any time. Your discovery links stay private. • Open a friend's link to browse their chest and stats, and add the games you like to your own. No friend list and no public list. • Talk to Till, the AI clerk of your video store, about what to play next. He knows your chest and the game catalog. • Your collector level grows as you collect, play, finish and rate. Trophies fill the trophy cabinet in your profile (and in your room with Plus). Nothing expires, no streaks, no pressure. FREE AT ITS CORE Searching games by name, saving, finishing, rating and sharing are free and unlimited. Link imports, camera finds and Till's answers come with free tries. You sign in with your email address, so your collection stays safe in your account. You can delete your account in the app or on our website at any time. GAMECHEST PLUS (OPTIONAL) Plus gives you more link imports, camera finds and Till answers. It adds photo AI that recognizes covers your phone can't read, only after you agree, plus 8 more characters, the Golden Arcade and Gold Foil Memory Card styles and all Plus room items. Saving, finishing, rating and sharing stay free and unlimited without it. Choose a monthly or a yearly subscription; the yearly plan can start with a free week where offered. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase (after the free week, if one applies). The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. A companion you picked and elements you placed stay with you after Plus ends.
