Find out who you are. And never forget it. Deep down, you already know who you are. But your mind is always racing, and sometimes you forget. The Atman Method is a place to remember who you are, in your own words, and where you find out when you don't know yet. IT STARTS WITH FIVE QUESTIONS Answered out loud, or typed. When you were most yourself. Something you made that felt right before anyone saw it. Something you got through. What the doubting voice actually says. Your answers come back to you, one by one, as the start of your record. Then you hold, and say your first line out loud. EVERY MORNING, YOU REMEMBER At the time you choose, the app asks: who are you? Hold the ring, one of your own lines appears, and you say it out loud before the day starts saying things for you. WHEN YOU DOUBT IT, YOUR OWN WORDS COME BACK Tap "I'm doubting right now" and say what the doubt is. The app finds the moment in your record that answers it and asks whether it still holds. If it does, you go back into that moment and say who it showed you are. If this time is different, it helps you find out why. WHEN SOMETHING IS IN FRONT OF YOU, YOU FIND OUT MORE A conversation you need to have. A decision you can't make. A crossroads. Something that keeps happening. Something that feels off. Or just the question, who am I? Choose what's true, and talk it through out loud until something real surfaces. Then name one step, go and live it, and come back to say what happened. What holds becomes a new line in your record. WHEN SOMETHING WENT RIGHT Tell it what happened. It helps you see what that moment proves about who you are, and keeps it. NOTHING IN YOUR RECORD IS WRITTEN FOR YOU Every line is your own words, standing on something you actually lived. That is why, on a bad day, it holds. YOUR RECORD STAYS YOURS Reading your record is free, forever, whether or not you subscribe. Change or remove any line, or delete everything, at any time. SUBSCRIPTION Start with a free week. After that, The Atman Method is $9.99 a month or $79 a year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the free week ends. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. A space to think, not therapy or medical care, and not a substitute for either. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
