SPXAI

SPXAI-SE integrates bookkeeping, receipt management, and data organization into a single workflow. When recording income or expenses, users can save the amount, date, category, body text, and links to related notes, while also capturing or selecting receipt images. Upon entering keywords for retrieval, the system displays a confidence score based on keyword coverage, tag completeness, and title clarity; this score explains the matching rationale rather than indicating a probability of success. After the user marks a search as successful or unsuccessful, the app records the actual time taken, calculates the success rate, and visualizes the time variation per search using a line chart. A note reachability graph illustrates link directions and the shortest path from a designated entry point, helping to identify content with missing pathways. The organization page uses bar charts to compare the quality of titles and tags, offering actionable suggestions for improvement, while a pie chart displays the breakdown of various expense categories.
