Ashfall Brawlers
Read full descriptionHide full description
Ashfall Brawlers is a side-view street fight. You are Vex. Rook has your back. The street runs left to right, enemies walk in from the far end, and a swing only lands if you are standing inside its reach. FIGHT Walk the street, jab, kick, and dodge. A wind-up bar and a striped band on the ground show how far the next swing reaches. Step out and it hits air. Call Rook once each round. Swap him to the front when you want the longer reach. He hits harder, and he moves slower. CAMPAIGN Forty levels across five blocks. Clear a crowd, survive a timer, escort a walker, finish untouched, beat the clock, or hold a combo. Each block brings a new fighter or a new hazard, and the fights get tighter as you go. MORE WAYS TO RUN THE STREET Boss Rush sends all five bosses at you on one life bar, with a single supply between them. Endless keeps the waves coming and tightens the tells. Gauntlet is one life from the first block. Night Circuit is eight bouts, each with its own street rule. Damage carries, you pick one supply between bouts, and a fall ends the run. BETWEEN FIGHTS Street Jobs pays shards for the shift you just played. Finish the three tasks and the next shift opens, with a bonus for closing the last one. Run It Hot replays a block you already cleared, with a shorter tell and higher shard drops. The Trophy Room keeps your tags, twenty-five achievements, and the supplies you buy with shards. A short tutorial shows the controls before you step in. SAME WI-FI Host a Versus match and the other phone scans the code on your screen, or types the address. You play Vex. They play Rook. Jab, kick, and dodge until one fighter is out of hearts. Street Wire is a text room on that same network: host it, show the code, and the others scan to join. The fight and the messages stay on the local network. They are not sent through Apple push. YOUR HIDEOUT Tag a cleared block with a photo from the camera or your library. The picture is cropped, reduced to spray colours, and stored on the device. If you would rather not use a photo, built-in stencils are on the same screen. Save a battle card of the run to Photos, or send it with the system share sheet. No account. No purchases. Shards are earned by playing and spent only on supplies inside the game.
