No 500-exercise menus to scroll. No social feed. No setup marathon. You open the app, tap your day, log your set, and get back to lifting. The whole point is to spend your rest time resting — not fighting an app. WHY reps. - 2-tap logging — weight and reps in, done, timer running - Made for push / pull / legs — your split is the app, not an afterthought - See last session instantly — know exactly what to lift next - Track every PR — watch your numbers climb over time - Clean progress charts — for Sunday coffee, not the gym floor - Works offline — no signal in the basement? No problem - Your data is yours — export anytime Every other tracker wants to be everything: nutrition, community, coaching, a program library. reps. wants to be the one thing you actually open mid-set. Fast in, fast out, back to the bar. If you run push/pull/legs and you're tired of workout apps that waste your time, this is the one. Download reps. Start lifting.

HabitHub is for people who always start strong, miss one day, watch the streak hit zero, and delete the app. The streak here is built to survive that day. A STREAK THAT CAN TAKE A HIT Complete a full week and you earn a Freeze, up to three in reserve. When life wins a day, spend one and the streak holds. Freezes are never spent for you and never sold to you. You earned them, you choose when they matter. FORGETTING TO TICK IS NOT FAILING Did the habit but never opened the app? Recent days can be backfilled right from the history strip. A bookkeeping slip never costs you a Freeze, and it never costs you the streak. SOME HABITS ARE AN AMOUNT Not everything is a yes or no. Give a habit a goal and a unit and it keeps score: 2000 ml a day, 10 km a week, 20 pages a night. Log what you did as you go, and the day counts as done the moment you reach the goal. Pick a unit from the list or type your own. DAILY IS NOT THE ONLY RHYTHM A habit can run daily, weekly, or monthly. Three runs a week, a thousand pages a month. The whole period is the target and any day inside it counts, so a slow Tuesday still leaves the week there to be won. REST DAYS ARE NOT CHEAT DAYS Daily habits run on your schedule, not the calendar's. Meditate on weekdays only, run three days a week. Days off are rest days by design. They never count against you and they never break anything. REMEMBER WHY YOU STARTED Give a habit a description of what counts as done, and a why in your own words. Your why surfaces quietly where it matters: beside the habit on your list, and right at the moment you decide whether to spend a Freeze. SEE THE STORY SO FAR Every habit carries its history with it, a heatmap of days done right where you check in. The Stats tab tells the story across every habit at once: perfect days, an all habits heatmap, and trending charts that show the shape of your recent weeks. Without Pro every one of those reads the last 30 days. Nothing is hidden and nothing is locked, the view is simply shorter, and Pro opens the same numbers across all time. Your streak is never shortened either way. WHAT IS FREE, AND WHAT PRO ADDS Free forever, for everyone: five habits, the streak and the best streak, the Freezes that protect them, checking in and backfilling, reminders, and a week strip you can walk back to any week you like. Pro is a single unlock: habits without a limit, all four Home Screen widgets, and every heatmap, chart and statistic across all time instead of the last 30 days. One thing to buy, three ways to buy it, monthly or yearly or once for life. CHECK IN FROM YOUR HOME SCREEN Four widgets keep today one tap away, and all four are Pro: a checklist of today's habits, a single habit's streak, five weeks of history, or a whole quarter with the streak beside it. On a rest day the widget says so instead of nagging, and a habit measured in amounts shows how far along you are. MAKE IT YOURS Choose an accent and the whole app wears it: four colour pairings, each with its own colour for the streak and another for a Freeze. Light or dark, your choice or the system's. REMINDERS THAT KNOW YOUR SCHEDULE Set a reminder time per habit and it fires only on days that habit is actually scheduled. No Sunday nudge for a weekday habit. YOURS, ENTIRELY Your habits and history live on your phone. No account, no ads. Export a backup anytime and restore it on a new device. The only thing the app sends anywhere is anonymous usage data to help improve it, and one switch in Settings turns that off. RECOMMENDED FOR * Anyone who has rage quit a habit app over one broken streak * People whose habits do not happen seven days a week * Anyone whose habit is an amount rather than a tick * People who want their habits and history on their phone, not behind an account No account, no login, no ads.
