It measures signals — infrared light, magnetic fields, bright reflections, and the devices on the network around you — and each of those signals can come from ordinary electronics just as easily as from a camera. No app, and no dedicated hardware, can find every hidden camera. Sentry is a tool that guides a careful manual check; it is not a guarantee and should never be treated as one.
