Gavel flips how you hire local help. Instead of browsing endless profiles and chasing quotes, you post your job once — and verified local providers come to you, competing on price in real time. When the right offer lands, you strike the gavel. HOW IT WORKS Post your job. Describe what you need done — repairs, mounting, assembly, cleaning, moving help, and more — and set the general area. Watch the bids come in. Local providers compete for your job, driving the price down instead of up. Pick your winner. Compare bids, profiles, and track records, then message providers directly with any questions. Get it done. Pay securely through the app when the work is complete. WHY GAVEL • No haggling, no phone tag — providers make you real offers, you choose • Competition works in your favor: providers bid to win your job • Verified providers with visible track records, so you know who you're hiring • Built-in messaging keeps every conversation in one place • Secure payments powered by Stripe FOR PROVIDERS Gavel brings the customers to you. Browse jobs posted near you, bid on the work you want, and build a track record that wins you more of it. No lead fees for jobs you don't get — you compete only where you choose to. Post your first job today and see what fair, competitive offers feel like.
