Donpa Squad is Minesweeper with room to grow — the classic game you know, and board variants the classic never had. Start with a tap and clear the field: numbers count the mines around them, and one wrong dig ends the run. But that's not all! Square Grid boards, hexagonal Hive boards, and a round world that wraps — go off one edge and you come back from the other. Sizes run from a quick XS to a sprawling million-cell XXXL that pans and zooms with a corner minimap, and stays smooth on a phone. Every board keeps its own game going, so a quick round never costs you the huge one you've been chipping at for weeks. YOUR SERVICE RECORD Best times, clears, and full career stats — plus pace, your required-moves-per-second rate that board luck can't inflate, recent and best per board. It's your data, kept on your device (and your iCloud, if you turn on sync) — never sent to us. THE DAILY CHALLENGE One shared board a day — same layout, same luck, for everyone. Showing up daily builds a streak. FRIENDLY RIVALRY Swap score cards in person with Nearby — no server, no accounts. Whoever gets your card becomes a rival: compare head-to-head. LUCK, TRACKED HONESTLY Sometimes no safe move exists and you have to guess. Donpa computes the exact odds your click had and keeps score — guesses faced, survived, your luckiest escape. Six difficulties climb all the way to Lunatic — or play Drills, guaranteed no-guess boards where skill alone clears the field. EVERY SCREEN, EVERY WAY TO PLAY A native app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac — touch, mouse, or full keyboard (a hardware keyboard works on iPad too), and the board plays with VoiceOver, cell by cell. Built openly with AI assistance — much of the code and the manga art. The design, decisions, and care are human. Free. No ads, no in-app purchases, no accounts, no tracking. Just mines.
