Voidance vs retrack

Tired of the internet remembering everything you say forever? In a world where every note, message, and thought is permanently synced to a cloud, The Void is your ultimate anti-cloud sanctuary. We created a space where you can safely brain-dump, vent your daily frustrations, and release your anxiety without leaving a single trace behind. No digital footprint. No judgment. No fear. The Void is designed for true emotional catharsis. There are no accounts to create, no emails to link, and absolutely no monthly subscriptions to manage. When you open the app, you are greeted by a calm, dark screen. Write down your deepest secrets, your daily stress, or your momentary anger. Once you're done, hit "Release to the Void". FEATURES & PHILOSOPHY: • THE WRITE AND BURN RITUAL: Pour your heart out, then watch your words burn to ashes, shatter like glass, or dissolve into the wind through deeply satisfying, high-quality visual animations. Let your physical tension release as your words disappear. • 100% OFFLINE & ZERO DATA: Your privacy is our absolute priority. Your words are never uploaded to a server, never saved, and never synced. Once they are destroyed on your screen, they are permanently and irretrievably erased from your device's memory. • ZERO FRICTION: No logins, no loading screens. Open the app and start venting immediately. • IMMERSIVE SOUNDSCAPES: Enhance your emotional release with calming, haptic-synced background audios like heavy rainstorms, deep space hums, or crackling fires. • NO SUBSCRIPTION FATIGUE: Core venting features are completely free forever. You don't have to pay a monthly rent for peace of mind. Want to customize your experience? Unlock premium destruction animations and soundscapes with affordable, ONE-TIME purchases. Keep them for life. Perfect for: Releasing late-night anxiety, ADHD racing thoughts, or overthinking. Safely venting anger and workplace frustrations. Brain-dumping without cluttering your actual notes app. Engaging in the therapeutic practice of writing and destroying. Don't hold it in. Tell it to The Void, and watch it disappear. A little space to be honest. retrack is a private journal for short daily writing, with guided prompts when you need a place to begin. WRITE A LITTLE, KEEP WHAT MATTERS A small page makes writing feel finishable. Write freely or choose a guided template for gratitude, reflection, and everyday thoughts. Preview the questions, make your own templates, and save with a checkmark. You can keep more than one page each day. No titles, tags, or formatting to manage. YOUR DRAWING, YOUR WORDS Set an optional drawing to keep your real writing out of casual view. Your saved pages show ordinary cover lines until you hold a page and draw your shape. Covers come from a built-in bank; they are not summaries of your writing. Without a drawing, your pages remain readable normally. The drawing is separate from your phone passcode. An optional Face ID app lock adds another door, with device-passcode fallback. Drawing privacy is designed for everyday browsing, not forensic access or access to your Apple account. If you forget your drawing, resetting it erases hidden writing and unfinished drafts; it does not recover them. PRIVATE STORAGE, NO JOURNAL ACCOUNT Write offline on your iPhone. Your real words are encrypted, and saved pages sync through your private iCloud when available. The encryption key uses iCloud Keychain. Unfinished drafts are saved encrypted on the phone where you write them. No account with us, no ads, no tracking, and no analytics in the app. We do not operate a server for your writing. MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR DAYS Read complete pages, search after revealing them, and revisit the days you wrote with a quiet calendar ribbon. No streaks or missed-day score. Set an optional daily reminder, open writing from a widget or Control Center, and use Shortcuts or a supported Action Button. Export saved pages as plain text or PDF. THREE WRITING DAYS FREE Write on any three distinct days for free, with multiple pages on each. Then one App Store purchase unlocks continued writing. No subscription. Your saved pages stay readable, and the app shows the current price in your currency before you buy. For iPhone with iOS 27 or later. On iPhone Duo with iOS 27.1, open the notebook to see Write and Guide Me together, side by side in landscape or stacked in portrait. English at launch. Journaling works without Apple Intelligence. When available, an on-device model can select existing cover lines and sketches; your writing is not sent to an AI service. From mostly lentils, the makers of retrack.
