7 Frames is an app that lets you register one scene a day, from Monday to Sunday, and gradually complete your week as a single exhibition. You can capture todayβs scene with your camera or choose an image from your photo library, then adjust its position and size to fit frame ratios such as 4:5, 1:1, 3:2, and 16:9. Registered artworks can be viewed one by one in your current exhibition. Past exhibitions are moved to the archive, where you can revisit, edit, or delete them anytime. You can also create an invitation file to share your exhibition with others, or export a backup file to keep your exhibition records separately. 7 Frames works without login or its own server. Exhibition data and artwork images are stored locally on your device by default.

Most people picture boxing as clashes, wins and losses inside a ring. Here, boxing can simply be an outlet for daily life. Jot down how you feel. Perfect techniques and highlight clips are not required. It could be the quiet moment while wrapping hand wraps, heavy breathing after a workout, or subtle shifts in your mindset after months of training. Just share your personal journey with this sport. Read othersβ stories and chat openly in comments. Talk about what brought you to the gym, the stress released with every punch, and unexpected, funny or touching moments during training. There is no status gap between users. Everyone can speak freely. We donβt encourage competition. People come to boxing for different reasons. Some come to release emotions, others simply enjoy being immersed in footwork. Every form of passion is welcomed. No need to keep pace with others. Meet like-minded peers and cheer each other on. Every punch and slip becomes a conversation with yourself, helping you find your own strength and peace.
