Husvarde vs Opti Clinometer

Husvarde is a maintenance diary for your home's fixtures — bulbs, toilets, air conditioners, and everything else you'd rather not forget to service. Track what matters Log each fixture's maintenance history and notes, and set a maintenance date so you always know what's next. Husvarde gives you a clear status at a glance, plus reminders on your schedule — so you never have to guess, and never have to dig for it either. Optional AR tagging, room by room Point your iPhone or iPad at a fixture and tag its exact spot. Husvarde remembers where it is, so you can walk through your home and see what needs attention without digging through a list. Scan and tag as many rooms as your home needs — each one keeps its own saved map, and Husvarde always confirms which room you're in before you start tagging. AR is entirely optional — every feature works fully without it. Built to respect your data No account, no login, no ads. Your fixtures live on your device. If you choose to unlock sync, it rides on your own iCloud account — Husvarde never operates a server or sees your data. Organize your way Group fixtures by building, level, or room. Add notes and a full history for each one. Search and filter as your home's fixture list grows. Free to start Track up to 20 fixtures and use AR tagging at no cost. A one-time unlock removes the fixture limit and syncs your maintenance history and notes across your devices. AR-tagged locations stay on the device where they were placed, with cross-device AR sync planned for a future update. Husvarde is provided for informational tracking purposes only and is not a substitute for professional inspection, maintenance, or repair services.
