The Right Home helps you decide between the homes you have actually walked through. Put what matters to you in order, and the app turns that order into weights. After each viewing, rate the home against your own criteria and say how it felt. The Right Home rules out any home that breaks one of your must-haves or deal-breakers, scores the rest, and tells you which home is ahead, by how much, and what would have to change for a different one to win. RATE A HOME RIGHT AFTER THE VIEWING Record what you noticed and how the place felt while you still remember it, criterion by criterion. YOUR PRIORITIES, IN YOUR ORDER Rank your criteria and the weights come from that ranking. Set must-haves, deal-breakers and a price ceiling you will not go past. THE FANLIGHT AND THE VERDICT See every home at a glance: which one leads, by how many points, and the one change that would flip the result. HEAD AND HEART How a home measured and how it felt stay two separate numbers, so you can see when a place you love is winning on feeling alone. SIDE BY SIDE Compare two homes criterion by criterion. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED Everything you enter stays on your phone. An optional free account syncs your search to another device and restores a purchase. THE FULL SEARCH (optional in-app purchase) - As many homes as you see, not three - Every home side by side, not two - Partner Mode: you each rate separately, and neither sees the other's numbers until both are in - Ten years out: every home re-scored for the household you will be - What you keep giving up: what you actually compromise on, against what you said mattered - Second-visit changes, criterion by criterion - The two-days-later re-rate, from memory, before you look at your own numbers - Your decision brief, written in plain English from the app's own figures (needs a free account) - Export the decision sheet Choose the Search Pass (six months, does not renew) or Full Search (buy once, keeps working). Payment is taken once from your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Nothing renews and there is no trial period. The free version includes three homes with the whole method behind them. The Right Home is a decision aid for organizing your own impressions. It gives no financial, mortgage, legal or structural advice, makes no valuation, and is not a substitute for a home inspection.
