Your biology changes how you focus, react, connect, desire, recover, and make decisions. BioCycle learns your daily patterns and helps you forecast what is coming โ€” so you can act prepared instead of reactive. JULES โ€” NOT A CHATBOT. A COACH WHO LEARNS YOU. Jules is a biological intelligence coach who learns your patterns with every session. Three short check-ins a day โ€” morning, afternoon, night. You answer by number, text, or voice. Over time, your personal baseline becomes visible and Jules begins to forecast the days you may be sharper, more social, more vulnerable, or more open to connection. After every session, Jules delivers a coaching synthesis โ€” comparing today against your own baseline, naming what changed, what may matter, and what deserves attention. Then the conversation opens. Go deeper on what she noticed or bring up anything on your mind. Two voices, your choice: Jules is warm, direct, and precise โ€” a mentor who never preaches. Sienna is confident and slightly provocative โ€” a coach who challenges rather than nurtures. Same biological intelligence. Different register. WHAT BIOCYCLE TRACKS Energy ยท Focus ยท Stress ยท Anxiety ยท Sleep ยท Mood ยท Social energy ยท Sexual energy โ€” plus caffeine, hydration, alcohol, and the most memorable moment of your day. Every score is 1โ€“10. Your data stays private. Over time, BioCycle shifts from general rhythm science toward your own pattern history. SEE WHAT MAY BE COMING Other apps describe the past. BioCycle helps you prepare for the next few days. Free users get a 3-day forecast. Standard users see 7 days. Premium users get 14 days plus composite scores โ€” Performance, Cognitive Edge, Intimacy Readiness, Recovery, and Stress Load โ€” in one view. YOUR CIRCLE BioCycle helps you notice how time with different people relates to your stress, anxiety, energy, and recovery. Over time, patterns emerge: who restores you, and who drains you. COMPATIBILITY Two people can measure their biological alignment โ€” across focus, execution, social energy, and intimacy. Every compatibility type requires explicit mutual consent from both parties. Vibe Check is free. Cognitive Sync, Performance Sync, and Intimacy & Connection require Standard or Premium. YOUR DATA CAN HAVE VALUE After consistent check-ins, eligible users may opt into anonymized research participation. If your data contributes to a licensed research dataset, you receive a revenue share. You approve participation and can revoke consent at any time. DAILY CARDS Every day, Jules creates a small painted card from your patterns. Save the ones that name you. Share the ones that surprise you. PLANS Free โ€” daily sessions with Jules, 3-day forecast, Circle up to 3 people. Standard ($12.99/mo) โ€” 7-day forecast, 5 Circle slots, 3 ADHOC turns. Premium ($22.99/mo) โ€” 14-day forecast, composite scores, 10 Circle slots, 7 ADHOC turns, 80% data revenue share. First 500 users join as Founding Members โ€” Premium features, free for life. OpenHealth

OpenHealth: Actionable Self Improvement Loops Your health, together for free. OpenHealth brings supported Apple Health readings into one private iPhone experience and helps you build a daily loop: observe, act, and check again. OBSERVE Review activity, heart, body measurements, blood pressure, glucose, cardio-fitness context, and sleep records where available. See dates and sources, explore trends, and choose the display units you use. ACT Find a focus and choose one manageable wellness action for movement, sleep, or recovery. Suggestions use your existing readings and local rules. The app remains useful without a language model; eligible devices may use Apple's on-device model to phrase a short summary. CHECK AGAIN Return after your next reading. Review progress, keep what fits, or choose another small action. The loop is wellness education, not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or guarantee of a health outcome. SLEEP FROM APPLE HEALTH Compare total sleep and the Awake, Light / Core, Deep, REM, and unspecified stages supplied by your Apple Health sources. OpenHealth does not record microphone audio, infer missing sleep stages, or create a sleep-quality score. FREE AND PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, subscription, in-app purchase, ads, tracking, or third-party analytics. OpenHealth's analysis stays on your iPhone, with zero third-party/server retention. Apple Health keeps its records under Apple's controls. OpenHealth's local preferences, pending manual entries, selected action, and any records from older builds remain under the local export and deletion controls. CAREFUL MANUAL ENTRY Enter blood pressure or glucose readings from a suitable external device. Review your entry and explicitly authorize a save to Apple Health. An iPhone alone cannot measure blood pressure or blood glucose. Data availability depends on your compatible devices and apps, existing Apple Health records, and the access you allow. OpenHealth supports selected HealthKit categories; it does not promise every possible measurement or replace professional or emergency care. Requires iOS 26 or later.
