Return Window Radar

Return Window Radar is the quiet, private way to make sure you never miss a return deadline — or leave a refund on the table. Most of us lose money the same way: we mean to return something, the window quietly closes, and that’s that. Return Window Radar watches every return window for you and shows, at a glance, exactly how much money you can still get back. Everything stays on your iPhone. No account. No cloud. No tracking. WHY YOU’LL LIKE IT • See what’s still returnable — and the total dollars on the table — the moment you open the app. • A countdown for every purchase: what’s due today, what’s expiring soon, what’s safe. • Gentle reminders before a window closes, so a deadline never sneaks past you. • Track refunds you’ve recovered, so you can watch the money you didn’t lose add up. SCAN A RECEIPT, DONE Scan a receipt with your camera — or pick one from Photos — and Return Window Radar reads it on-device and fills in the store, date, and total for you. Snap it, confirm, and it’s tracked. KNOWS THE POLICIES Add a store and the app suggests its return window automatically from a built-in catalog of common retailers — so you don’t have to look it up. ADD IT TO YOUR CALENDAR Send any return deadline to Apple Calendar with a tap, if you’d rather be reminded there. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Return Window Radar has no servers and no analytics. Your purchases, receipts, and reminders live only on your device and are never uploaded — receipt text recognition happens entirely on-device. Stop giving away money you could get back. Put your returns on the radar.
Got the Refund

Stop wondering where your refund went. Got the Refund helps you keep track of money that companies have promised to return. Record the amount you are owed, the expected payment date and any reference details, then receive a reminder when it is time to check or follow up. TRACK EVERY REFUND Create a clear record for retail returns, cancelled bookings, deposits, duplicate charges, subscription refunds, expenses and other repayments. For each case, you can record: • The company that owes you money • The amount and currency • The reason for the refund • Your reference or case number • The date the refund was requested • The date payment was promised • Notes, documents and supporting evidence KNOW WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION See which refunds are: • Waiting for payment • Due soon • Overdue • Partially paid • Disputed • Fully recovered Calm, private reminders help you follow up without filling your calendar or relying on memory. KEEP A COMPLETE HISTORY Record every update, including revised payment dates, partial repayments, contact attempts and final outcomes. Your case timeline keeps the important details together when you need to contact a retailer, booking provider or service company again. SEE WHAT YOU HAVE RECOVERED View: • Money recovered this month • Total money recovered • Money still outstanding • Refund completion rate • Recent repayment activity • Progress by refund reason Amounts in different currencies remain separate rather than being combined into a misleading total. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Got the Refund works without an account. Your refund records and evidence remain stored locally on your device. Optional device authentication helps protect the app using Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. SHARE YOUR PROGRESS Create a privacy-safe progress card showing how much money you have recovered without revealing company names, references or private case details. Got the Refund is an organisational tool. It does not provide financial, legal or consumer-rights advice and cannot guarantee that a refund or repayment will be made. Verdict
Return Window Radar and Got the Refund are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Return Window Radar sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Got the Refund sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
