How far away was that lightning? Lightning Counter answers it in seconds. Point your phone at the storm — the camera catches the flash, the microphone hears the thunder, and the app times the gap with high precision to tell you exactly how far the strike was, in km or miles. It's the classic "count the seconds between flash and bang," done properly: precise timing, temperature‑adjusted speed of sound, and a clean, glanceable design. WATCH A STORM ROLL IN — OR AWAY • Automatic detection: a flash starts the timer, the thunder stops it. • Manual triggers too, for when a strike is just out of frame. • See how fast the storm is closing in, and roughly when it will be within 1 km. • Every strike is saved and grouped into storms, with a distance‑over‑time graph so you can see at a glance whether the storm is approaching or receding. KNOW WHEN IT'S SAFE • Every strike is rated: very close, within striking range (about 10 km), or at a distance. • A full‑screen close‑strike alert (with a strong haptic and a notification) when a strike lands within your chosen distance — 1 km by default, adjustable. • An all‑clear countdown: 30 minutes after the last strike you recorded, a reminder that the usual wait is over. HANDS‑FREE • Flash and Thunder buttons right on the Lock Screen — no unlocking. • Put "Lightning Timer" on the Action Button: press at the flash, press again at the thunder. • "Start a storm watch" with Siri, or from Shortcuts and Spotlight. • A Live Activity keeps the count, the last distance and the all‑clear countdown on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. STORM MAP • A ring for each strike at its real distance, drawn where you measured it. As the rings shrink toward you, the storm is closing in. • Replay any past storm on the map, right where it happened. • Trigger and measure right from the map and watch the rings update. BUILT FOR THE MOMENT • Immersive "live" storm mode — prop the phone up and let it capture strike after strike. • Front or back camera (lay it on a table, screen up). • Calibrate light and sound sensitivity with live meters. • Share any storm as an image. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything happens on your device. The camera and microphone are analyzed in real time and never recorded. Your location and strike history never leave your phone. A note on safety: Lightning is dangerous. Lightning Counter is an informational tool, not a life‑safety device — if you can hear thunder, you're within range. Seek shelter.

Tulsa Command is a local command center, not a weather widget. Most weather apps tell you the temperature. Tulsa Command tells you what to do about it — built specifically for Tulsa and NE Oklahoma, not a generic national feed with your city typed in. Weather that means something Multi-source forecasting from NWS, Open-Meteo, live radar, and more — synthesized into one straight answer. NWS alerts are the only source we ever call "severe." No fear-mongering, no fake certainty, just what's actually happening and what it means for your day. Storm Pro Tools Live radar, SPC severe weather outlooks, and NWS alert detail — built for storm season, not just daily forecasts. When conditions turn, Tulsa Command gives you the same tools a weather-aware Oklahoman actually wants at hand. Lake Weekend Planner Five lakes — Keystone, Tenkiller, Skiatook, Hudson, and Grand Lake — each with real local knowledge you won't find anywhere else: wind patterns, pool elevation, and notes from people who actually know these lakes. Local events, weather-aware Curated picks for what's happening around Tulsa, with a weather read on every outdoor event — so you know if the patio show is a green light or if you need a rain backup. Command Glance widget Add it to your home screen for a one-glance read: current temp, today's call, and an alert flag if something's active — before you even open the app. Built in Tulsa, for Tulsa.
