Cleaning on your terms. Choose the cleaning tasks you need, post your request, and get bids from nearby cleaners. Compare prices and offers, then hire the cleaner that works for you. From homes and apartments to rentals, offices, and outdoor spaces, build the clean you need instead of choosing a one-size-fits-all package. Find local cleaning jobs, choose work that fits your schedule, set your own price, and get paid through Stripe. Choose your clean. Compare bids. Hire your way. LAVÉ (pronounced lah-VAY) is a cleaning marketplace. Owners set a target price; independent cleaners bid, and the owner chooses. Payment is held until the job is done. WHAT MAKES LAVÉ DIFFERENT • Choose your cleaning tasks: pick from more than 80 specific tasks, from bathrooms, kitchens and floors to patios, porches and move-out details, instead of ordering a vague "clean my place". • You set the target price and cleaners bid. You choose; lower bids are never accepted automatically. • No lead fees and no subscriptions. One flat 10% fee, split evenly: the owner pays the job price + 5%, the cleaner receives the job price − 5%. You see the numbers before you commit. • Payment held until the job is done: you pay by card through Stripe, and the money is held. Release it when you are happy, or it releases 24 hours after the cleaner marks the job complete unless you open a dispute. • A signed agreement that lists the tasks, price and policies before any money moves. • Your exact address stays hidden. Nearby cleaners see only the city; your street address and name go to the cleaner you accept, after your payment is held. • Property Care Passport: a running record of your completed cleans, with dates, tasks, cost and ratings. FORGOTTEN TASKS™ Most people remember the bathroom. Fewer remember the dryer vent, fridge coils, grill, outdoor bins, front porch, grout or range hood filter. LAVÉ keeps a curated list of these easy-to-overlook cleaning tasks, shows seasonal ones when they come around, and sends a reminder on the schedule you choose. Add them to a cleaning request straight from the Care tab. FOR CUSTOMERS • Post a cleaning request in minutes for a home, apartment, rental, office or outdoor space: choose the cleaning tasks, set your target price and see bids come in. • Compare cleaners by price, message, arrival time and ratings from other owners. • Optional before and after photos from the cleaner, kept with the job. • Rate your cleaner after a paid job. FOR CLEANERS • Browse nearby cleaning jobs and bid your own flat price. No cost to bid. • Keep 95% of your price. Payouts go through Stripe when the owner releases the payment. • Know the job before you go: a clear cleaning task list and a signed agreement. • Build a reputation with ratings from paid jobs. • Stripe checks your identity and sets up your payout account before you see full job details and bid. SAFETY AND CONTROL • Report and block tools are on every cleaning request and bid. Account and data deletion is in Profile. • Check-In Safeguard is an optional convenience that texts a contact you choose. It is not an emergency service; call 911 in an emergency. • Push alerts for bids, acceptance, payment and completion, with no names, addresses or message text in them. Turn them off any time. • Cleaners are independent contractors. LAVÉ does not perform background checks or verify licenses or insurance, and profile details are self-reported. Use your own judgment and share job details with someone you trust. You must be 18 or older. Questions: HQ@appealinglabs.com
