Make room for the details of your day. Log period dates, flow, symptoms, mood, energy and strength sessions. Add a quick note, then return to any day in the calendar to see what you recorded. Optional summary features require lilCycles Plus. Choose a provider and check availability before starting: Apple Intelligence requires a compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled and its model ready. If you configure a local model server, review the information before sending it. For on-device generation, review the draft with its linked entries. Review server responses before using them. Your daily log remains available when summary generation is unavailable. Privacy controls let you withdraw consent and delete lilCycles app data. Copies in Apple Health, Calendar, model servers or exported files stay under their respective controls. lilCycles is for wellness reflection and planning. It is not for diagnosis, treatment, contraception or emergency guidance. Mama Bloom is a private cycle journal. It keeps your record on your iPhone — there is no account, no server, no ads and no tracking — and it tells you the truth about forecasts: a period is predicted as an honest range, never a fake-precise date. Log flow, pain, sleep, mood, energy and symptoms in seconds. The living record organizes every cycle you keep; Insights show the evidence behind every statement, so you can check the app's work; the Learn library explains cycles calmly, with visible sources and clear boundaries. Privacy, by architecture: the record is protected by iOS Data Protection, the optional widgets are discreet by default, the app can lock behind Face ID, exports leave out intimate categories unless you choose otherwise, and an optional sealed backup lives in your own iCloud, encrypted on your device with a key Mama Bloom never has. One action deletes everything, including the backup. The optional Private Edition subscription adds cycle-to-cycle comparison, forecast memory and guided visual editions. Payment is handled by the App Store; prices are shown before you confirm. Mama Bloom is a wellness journal: a record for reflection, not a medical decision and not contraception. It shows no fertile-window or ovulation estimates, and forecasts can be wrong — when a health decision matters, talk to a professional.
