Nydhei vs Recola

Nydhei is a calm, private space to plan your tasks, capture your notes, and see your day clearly, all in one app. PLAN YOUR DAY, YOUR WAY Organize tasks on a visual Board by status, or plan your day mapped onto a single clock face so you can compare what you planned against what you did. Focus view lines up yesterday, today, and tomorrow, with a small inbox for anything overdue, unscheduled, or on hold. Zoom out to Month view for the big picture. Quick Syntax lets you type dates, priorities, categories, and repeats right into a task title, no extra taps needed. NOTES, LISTS, AND MORE Write real notes with images and links, organize them into folders, and build lists from ready-made templates, including ones for groceries, subscriptions, goals, anniversaries, and expenses. Link notes and list rows directly to your tasks. STAY ORGANIZED Color-code and tag everything with Categories and Tags. Save reusable Templates for tasks you create often, or set them to repeat automatically for habits you keep. Find anything instantly with Unified Search across tasks, notes, and lists. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Nydhei works fully offline with no account required. Sign in for encrypted backups, with just a one-time code auto-generated. Everything you write stays end-to-end encrypted, secured by a recovery phrase only you hold, and even Nydhei cannot recover your data without it. MAKE IT YOURS Choose from Light, Vivid, or Dark themes, automatic or manual. Nydhei is free to use. Nydhei Pro adds Sync across your devices and unlimited premium list templates. Recola is an iPhone app that saves the recipes, places, workouts and everything else you find on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, files each one into the right collection, and helps you actually use it. You save recipes you never cook, places you never visit, workouts you never try. They vanish into likes and bookmarks across a dozen apps. Recola fixes that: share anything to Recola and AI turns it into something you can actually use. WHAT IT DOES • Save from anywhere. Share from your favourite social and video apps, from Safari, from your camera roll, or snap a photo of a poster, menu or whiteboard. • Every save is read for you. Titles, summaries and the details that matter, written while you get on with your day. • Filed automatically into ten collections: Recipes, Places, Watchlist, Workouts, Books, Songs, Outfits, Products, Decor and Events. No folders, no tagging, no tidying up afterwards. • Details you can actually use. Recipes with ingredients, quantities, tap-to-start timers and a shareable grocery list. Places on a map with directions. Events straight to your calendar. Outfits and products broken down piece by piece and matched to real retailers. Songs identified from the clip's own audio. • Search that understands you. Describe what you half remember and Recola finds it. • Ask Recola. Ask about anything you have saved, or have it plan your meals or a trip from your own saves. • Plan your week. Pick the saves you will actually do this week, tick them off, and see your week fill in. • It comes back when it matters. Gentle reminders for the saves you have not used yet, a monthly Recall of what you saved and what you did, and widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your vault is yours alone. Nothing you save is published, shared or visible to anyone else. Delete anything, or your whole account, at any time. SUBSCRIPTION One subscription unlocks everything: every collection, every supported app, and the reminders that bring your saves back. Choose weekly, monthly or annual. Monthly and annual start with a 2-week free trial. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.recola.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://www.recola.app/privacy
