Home Storia vs Sentroy Notes

Building a new home? Home Storia turns construction photos into a private build tracker, punch list, and warranty record. Capture every site visit, preserve builder promises, and follow repairs through verification—without an account. CAPTURE CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS Save photos, videos, voice notes, scans, imported files, links, and written updates while details are fresh. Send supported content directly to Home Storia from the iPhone share sheet. Organize each site visit by construction phase and area of the home. CREATE A PUNCH LIST FROM YOUR PHOTOS Turn a captured issue into an action item, record builder responses, set follow-ups, and preserve before-and-after evidence. A clear step-by-step timeline keeps each inspection, walkthrough, repair, and decision together. TRACK WARRANTY REPAIRS Create 30-day, 11-month, or custom warranty items. Record due dates, submission details, repair status, verification notes, and supporting evidence in one workflow. KEEP AND SHARE YOUR HOME'S STORY Create a chronological PDF storybook from the moments you choose. Turn 3–10 photo moments into a private 15-second vertical Build Progress Reel, then share it with family or add licensed music in your favorite social app. Export records and make a portable project backup whenever you want a separate copy. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account is required. Home Storia keeps your project record under your control and does not include advertising or third-party analytics. Home Storia Starter includes one home, 5 moments, and 5 actions with no expiration. Unlock Home Storia Complete with one purchase for unlimited moments, actions, warranty records, and home projects.
