LifeOps is a privacy-first, on-device personal life management app. All data is stored locally on the device โ€” nothing leaves your device. YOU ARE IN CONTROL. Your passport. Your lease. Your insurance. Your visa. Your contracts. Your subscriptions. Your processes that take months to complete. LifeOps is the one place where all of it lives โ€” organized, private, and always one step ahead. Because when what matters most is under control, everything else is easier. YOUR DOCUMENTS. YOUR DEVICE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your document files are stored on your device only. Encrypted. Inaccessible to anyone else โ€” including us. Not on any server. Not in any cloud. Not visible to any third party. This is not a setting that could change. It is how LifeOps is built. STOP PAYING FOR THINGS YOU FORGOT ABOUT. Track every subscription, its renewal date, and your total monthly spend. Get reminded before every renewal so you decide โ€” not your bank. No bank connection required. No account access. No silent data sharing. You enter what you pay. NEVER MISS A RENEWAL AGAIN. LifeOps tracks every expiry date and reminds you at 30, 7, and 1 day before expiry. Passport. Driver's licence. Work permit. Insurance. Lease. Car registration. You set the reminders. You control the timing. You are always one step ahead. ONE TIMELINE. EVERYTHING THAT MATTERS. Obligations, document expiry dates, and subscription renewals. All on one timeline. Colour-coded by urgency. Always current. The first thing you see tells you exactly what needs your attention today. TRACK WHAT TAKES MONTHS. Tax filing. Immigration applications. Mortgage processes. Legal proceedings. These are not single tasks โ€” they are sequences of connected deadlines. LifeOps tracks every step so you always know exactly where you are and what comes next. AI ASSISTANT Ask anything about your obligations, documents, and subscriptions. 'What is due this week?' 'Which documents are expiring?' 'What is my total subscription spend?' When you ask a question, a small summary of your metadata โ€” never document contents โ€” is processed entirely on your device via Apple FoundationModels โ€” zero network calls. Spend analysis questions are answered entirely on your device โ€” no AI provider involved, no network call required. DESIGNED FOR REAL LIFE. New homeowner. Student. Immigrant. Managing ageing parents. Going through a separation. Running a small business. International student. Freelancer. Estate planning. Or simply tired of carrying your most important deadlines in your head. Whatever brings complexity to your life, LifeOps was built for it. โ€” Encrypted local document vault โ€” on your device, always โ€” Subscription tracker with renewal alerts โ€” no bank connection โ€” Up to 1,000 obligations with smart reminders โ€” Unified timeline: documents + subscriptions + obligations โ€” On-device AI assistant โ€” no network call โ€” Home-screen widget: obligations, prioritized by urgency โ€” Works fully offline โ€” Encrypted backup โ€” only you can open it, even offline โ€” Privacy Report: see exactly what LifeOps knows about you โ€” Complete data wipe: delete everything, instantly, no trace You are in control. That is not a feature. It is the promise.

About

Psst

Features

Psst is a shared shopping list that remembers what things cost. Photograph a receipt and the lines come back structured, each one showing a crop of the actual row it was read from. Add tomatoes next week and it tells you what they cost last time, and where. Underneath it is a proper shared list, at home and at work. Everyone sees every change as it happens. No more screenshots of a notes app, no more "did you already buy the milk?" texts. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Photograph a receipt and it files every line with its price and shop. - Make a list for anything: groceries, chores, packing, errands, a project, an event. - Share it with family, a partner, roommates, or your team, free, with real collaboration. - See changes live as people add and check things off. - Assign items to people, with reminders that actually fire. - Sort by what's due today so the right things float to the top. - Search across every list to find an item fast. - Works fully offline: add and tick items with no signal, everything syncs when you're back. WHAT IT REMEMBERS, AND WHEN IT KEEPS QUIET Reading a receipt is the easy half. Most of the work went into refusing to report a price change it cannot stand behind. - Lines it is unsure about are marked for you rather than quietly saved. - Every line shows a crop of the row it came from, so a correction is a glance instead of a re-read of the paper. - Two prices measured in different units are never compared at all. A 500g pack against a per-kilo price makes a clean, credible, entirely invented "up 100%". - Comparison is on unit price, never the line total. Buying the 2kg bag instead of the 1kg one is not a price rise. - Price history is built from your own receipts. It is not a price comparison service and knows nothing about shops you have not shopped at. REAL COLLABORATION, BUILT IN (AND FREE) Most to-do apps are made for one person, with sharing bolted on later. Psst is built to share from the start, and the depth is free: - Roles: invite people as editors or viewers, so the wrong change can't happen. - Activity feed: see who added, checked off, or edited what, and when. - Comments on any item: decide right next to the task, not in a separate chat. - Approvals: turn them on and a collaborator ticking something off waits for the owner to approve it. - Live presence: see how many people are in a list, and who is editing an item as they type. BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY PLAN - Couples: a shared grocery list, errands, the move, the trip. - Families: the running shopping list, the chore rota, the school run, the meal plan. - Roommates: who's buying what, shared bills, the cleaning schedule. - Work and teams: a lightweight shared checklist without the project-management overhead. - Travel and events: a packing list everyone adds to, a day-of run sheet. MORE THAN A CHECKLIST - Due dates and reminders, including recurring tasks (daily, weekly, monthly). - Sections to group items, plus a board view when you would rather see columns. - Calendar sync so due dates land where you already look. - Quick-add that understands plain language. - Themes, and unlimited lists on Pro. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your lists are yours. A list is only visible to the people you share it with. No ads, no tracking, no selling your data. Free to use with real sharing, not a crippled demo. Go Pro, or grab the one-time lifetime deal, when you want unlimited lists and more collaborators. Stop texting each other your to-do lists. Make one in Psst, share it, and watch it stay in sync. Psst Pro and Psst Family are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple ID account settings.
