Feeling something? Moo'd helps you notice it, name it, and actually do something about it — one quick check-in at a time. Moo'd is a mood-tracking and wellness app built for student life: packed schedules, late nights, exam stress, and everything in between. Instead of a blank mood log that's easy to forget about, Moo'd turns checking in on yourself into something you'll actually want to open. Check in, in under a minute: A few taps tells Moo'd how you're really feeling — up to three times a day. Over time, your check-ins build into a clear picture of your patterns, so you can spot what's actually affecting your mood instead of guessing. Write it down, your way: When a quick check-in isn't enough, open your journal. Write as much or as little as you want, and now format it exactly how you'd write it on paper — bold, italic, underline, and full text color, all built right in. Focus when you need to: Starting something and can't get moving? Run a focus timer for 10, 15, 25 minutes, or set your own length, with your own customized companion cow riding along on the timer. Finish a full session and earn points toward your goals. Make it yours Every check-in, journal entry, completed activity, and focus session earns you points. Spend them customizing your very own cow — new colors, outfits, and accessories, mixed and matched however you like. Find real support, personalized to you Browse activities and resources tailored to how you've actually been feeling lately, not a generic list. Complete one and earn points for it too. Built with campus life in mind: Moo'd was designed by a UC Davis student, with a UC Davis-flavored personality (yes, there's a cow) — but it's built for any student, anywhere, dealing with the same stress, deadlines, and need for a mental health check-in that doesn't feel like homework. Your data stays yours. Set a goal, watch your progress, and let Moo'd meet you wherever you're at today.

Your day, in a few simple gestures. Daisy Journal is a visual diary you fill in by dragging petals. Capture how different parts of your life feel, add a note if you like, and build a colorful record you can look back on. No writing required. A LITTLE CHECK-IN Move each petal to rate an area of your life. Your previous ratings are already in place, so you can focus on what changed. Some days a shape says enough. Other days, add a few words to remember why. SEE YOUR DAYS IN COLOR Browse a calendar of your check-ins. Revisit a day, read your notes, or add an entry you missed. Each shape holds a small picture of how life felt. PLAY BACK YOUR JOURNEY Watch your petals change from your first check-in to today. Pause, move through your history, and explore how one area of your life has changed over time. SHARE A DAY OR THE WHOLE STORY Save and share a check-in as an image, or turn your journey into an animated video. Choose a light or dark style and add your name. MAKE ROOM FOR WHAT MATTERS Start with Health, Joy, Career, Money, Love, Family, Friends, and Hobbies, or choose eight areas that matter to you. Change your selection as life changes; past check-ins and journal notes stay saved. Set a daily, weekly, or monthly reminder to check in at your own pace. LOOK A LITTLE CLOSER Explore charts, highlights, and past notes for each area. On supported iPhones, optional Apple Intelligence reflections bring together your ratings and notes to help you look back. These features require iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence enabled and available. KEEP YOUR DAY CLOSE Add a Home Screen widget to see your latest check-in at a glance. Choose light, dark, or system appearance in the app. PERSONAL AND PRIVATE No account. No ads. Your entries stay on your device and sync through your own iCloud when enabled. Intelligent reflections are created on your iPhone. CHECK IN FREE EACH MONTH Enjoy one free check-in each calendar month. For unlimited check-ins, choose Daisy Journal Unlimited with a monthly or annual subscription, or lifetime access. Eligible customers can try the annual subscription free for 14 days, with no charge today. Family Sharing is available for up to five other people. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. The annual free trial renews at the price shown before purchase after 14 days unless canceled before the trial ends.
