Tekstream vs Nova+ player

Tekstream connects your own media server to everything else you watch. Point it at Plex or Jellyfin and your library arrives with proper artwork, cast, ratings and descriptions. Browse it, search it, download for the flight, and pick up where you left off. BUILT AROUND WHAT YOU ACTUALLY WATCH • Your server, properly presented — Plex and Jellyfin libraries with rich metadata, not a file list • Trending on Trakt — see what people are watching right now, alongside your own collection • Live TV — your channels in the same place as everything else • Watchlist, Favourites and Downloads — kept in sync, available offline • Your Activity and Diary — a record of what you watched and when MEET CLEO Cleo is an entertainment companion built into the app. Ask her what to watch and she answers from what is actually available to you. Her feed covers new trailers, streaming releases, box office and casting news — so you find out a series was renewed without leaving the app you watch it in. DESIGNED FOR IPAD AND IPHONE A proper sidebar on iPad, a full-screen experience on iPhone, and a dark interface that stays out of the way of the artwork. Tekstream does not host or provide any content. You connect your own Plex or Jellyfin server, or browse public catalogue data from Trakt and TMDB. Tekstream Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled at any time in your Apple Account settings. Nova+ player turns your iPhone and iPad into a complete media player for your own playlists. YOUR PLAYLISTS, YOUR CONTENT Nova+ player contains and provides no content whatsoever. You add your own M3U playlist or your Xtream Codes credentials, and the app organises everything for you: live channels, movies and series, sorted by category. LIVE A three-pane layout built for speed: categories, channel list, and instant preview. Switch channels in one gesture, mark your favourites, and find them again next time you open the app. TV GUIDE AND REPLAY Current and upcoming programmes are shown for each channel. Where your source supports it, go back to a programme that has already aired and play it straight from the guide. MOVIES AND SERIES Your catalogues are presented in smooth grids with artwork. Nova+ player remembers where you stopped: resume a film exactly where you left off, or jump to the next episode of a series without hunting for it. PLAYBACK Two playback engines cover a very wide range of formats and codecs. Selectable audio tracks and subtitles, adjustable playback speed, and Picture in Picture so you can keep watching while using another app. COMFORT Automatic sleep timer, light and dark themes, category management and reordering, and an interface available in 49 languages. PRIVACY No advertising tracking, no tracking cookies, no data resale. Your playlists are used solely to run the app and to find them again on your other devices. Nova+ player is a player. The content you play comes from the source you provide and remains your responsibility.
