FORGET THE FEED. PLANT THE SEED. 4get. turns your smartphone into a 2003 green-LCD phone for a set amount of time. No feed, no scroll, no red badges. Just a countdown, a signal needle, and the quiet hum of an era before the attention economy. HOW IT WORKS — TUNE a session (15–120 minutes) and put the phone down. — The screen becomes a 2003 dashboard: a seven-segment countdown, a trembling signal needle, static noise on a green LCD. — Pick up the phone or wander off, and the SIGNAL drifts toward LOST. Hold the line, and something grows. — When the timer ends, a forget-me-not is planted in your FIELD — one flower per day you came back to the real world. FIELD Your field is a calendar of days you stayed away. No streaks, no scores, no badges — just flowers on the days you looked up. Miss a day and nothing punishes you; the soil simply waits. LOCK Seal the apps that pull you back. During a session, 4get. uses Apple's Screen Time technology to shield the apps you choose. They come back when the timer ends — not before. ALSO IN THE BOX — NOISE: lo-fi static loops to leave on while you're gone. — MEMO: one small notepad, 2003-style. — CAMERA: take a before/after memory — one photo, dithered like an old cameraphone. — CALL: your favorite people, one tap away, even mid-session. Real calls were never the problem. WHAT 4get. IS NOT No account. No server. No analytics. No feed to check. Your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud. The app is designed to be left alone — the less you touch it, the better it works. LOOK UP. THE WORLD IS STILL THERE.

Your to-do list keeps growing. The energy you have in a day does not. enough plans your day by energy instead of hours. Rather than slicing the day into 30-minute blocks, you decide how much you can carry today, then plan only within that. ā–  Plan with an Energy Budget Set today's Energy Budget when you start — Light, Steady, or Full, whatever matches how you actually feel. Give each Action an energy value and watch what's left. Once the budget is spent, nothing more fits, so overcommitting gets harder. ā–  Backlog and Focus Dump everything into Backlog. Sorting it out can wait. Move only today's work into Focus, and that's your list. When the day goes sideways, plan again. ā–  Wrap the day Finish every Action in Focus and you can close the day. Things left in Backlog are fine. Some days, what you did is enough. ā–  A reset time that fits you Your budget resets at the hour you choose, because a day that ends at 2am isn't the same as one that ends at 10pm. While travelling, the reset follows your device's local time. ā–  Also included Ā· Save frequent Actions as shortcuts Ā· Due dates and times Ā· Sort by date created, energy, or due date Ā· Multi-select to move items in one go Ā· Log how it felt — easier, about right, or harder Ā· See your weekly energy trend Ā· Sign in with Apple to sync across devices Ā· Start straight away without an account Ā· Works offline Ā· English and Korean Do less. Finish more.
