Click counting is not recommended by the pen manufacturers and is not a validated dosing method.

About

Prova

Features

Prova is a record of your GLP-1 treatment. Your shots, your weight, how you felt — written down, kept on your iPhone, and handed back to you when it matters. No account. No sign-up. No servers. Nothing you write here leaves your phone. FREE, FOR GOOD • Log every injection — dose, brand, site, date • Injection reminders that follow your own rhythm, not a calendar • Your estimated medication level, from your first shot to today • Your weight, your goal, and the chart between them • Six side effects, rated 0 to 10, with their history • A sentence a day, drawn from what you logged The medication level curve is free here. It is not on every app. PROVA+ ADDS • The level curve projected into the weeks ahead • Each dose step compared with the one before it — in days, not averages • The patterns in your side effects: the hour and the site they follow • Progress photos, side by side • Body measurements • A one-page report for your doctor • Home screen and lock screen widgets • Weight imported from Apple Health Locking a paid feature never takes away what you already wrote. Entries and photos recorded while you were subscribed stay visible after a subscription ends. What stops is adding new ones. THE NUMBER MOST US PLANS ASK FOR Most US plans ask for 5% documented weight loss to renew coverage — measured from your weight before your first injection. That is the one number you cannot go back and collect later. Prova keeps it from day one. A RECORD, NOT A DOCTOR Prova does not diagnose, treat or advise. It does not tell you what dose to take, when to change it, or whether your treatment is working. The estimated level curve is drawn from published half-life figures for the medication you selected — an illustration of a general curve, not a measurement of your body. Nothing here replaces the person treating you. YOUR DATA Everything you enter stays in the app's own storage on your iPhone, covered by your device encryption. There is no account, no server, no analytics and no third-party code. Prova makes no network requests of its own. If you take a progress photo it is saved on your phone, and faces are covered by default. SUBSCRIPTION Prova+ is offered as a yearly or monthly subscription, with a one-week free trial. Prices are shown in the app, in your own currency, before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings, and the app includes a button that takes you straight there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
