Felitrot is a walking app where a cat coach walks beside you. Walk briskly for 3 minutes, then slowly for 3 minutes, and repeat. Your coach, Chopin the cat, signals every switch with sound and a gentle buzz. WALKING, MADE SIMPLE • Alternate 3 minutes brisk / 3 minutes easy • Choose 1–10 sets (5 sets ≈ 30 minutes to start) • Big text and full-screen colors show what to do at a glance • Every minute you walk adds up in your weekly gauge YOUR PHONE STAYS IN YOUR POCKET • Cues arrive by sound and vibration • Your music keeps playing (the volume dips softly for each cue) • The Lock Screen shows the current phase and time remaining FINISH A WALK, UNLOCK TODAY'S CHAT Complete your first walk of the day and your walk-home conversation moves one story forward. Just one story a day. Chopin has a reason he walks every morning — an old promise to someone. The rest? Next time you walk. TWELVE COACHES, TWELVE STORIES Gentle ones, cheerful ones, ones who go their own way. Each cat has a personality and a story of its own. Chopin and his ten-episode story are free. The other coaches can be adopted with one-time purchases. YOUR WALKS ON THE MAP • Your route is drawn on a real map (location use is optional) • Paw pins collect on a world map for every city and country you walk • Calendar, weekly trends, lifetime totals, and weight trend (Apple Health) • Paw badges that grow as you walk REST DAYS ARE NEVER PUNISHED No streak pressure, no nagging notifications. Only rewards for the walking you did. A SIMPLE, RESEARCH-BASED PATTERN The 3-and-3 rhythm follows a walking method introduced by university researchers in Japan and studied worldwide for nearly two decades — often described as interval walking training. European research teams have run follow-up studies, major U.S. media have featured this Japanese-born walking style, and U.S. university hospitals have published their own guides. Felitrot does not guarantee health outcomes; see "How it works" inside the app for the research background. Felitrot is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any research institution or organization. SAFETY FIRST You never need to watch the screen while walking. Stop before checking your phone, and stay aware of your surroundings. If you feel unwell, stop right away. Your health data stays on your device.
