FoldUp is a calm, judgment-free companion for anyone stepping away from gambling. No lectures. No casino-style gamification. Just honest tools that make staying clean feel tangible, one day at a time. CLEAN TIME Watch your streak grow in real time — days, hours, minutes, seconds — from the moment you quit. MONEY KEPT See what you're not losing, calculated from what you used to spend. Watching it grow is its own kind of motivation. WHEN AN URGE HITS Two grounding tools, right when you need them: a guided 4-7-8 breathing exercise, or "Play the tape forward" — a short guided visualization that walks you through the real outcome before you act. DAILY CHECK-INS A quiet moment each day to notice how you're doing — urge intensity, mood, what set it off. No judgment, just awareness. MILESTONES First day, three days, a week, a month, a year — FoldUp marks the moments that matter. HONEST ABOUT RELAPSE If it happens, FoldUp doesn't punish you. Log it, your clock resets, and your full history — including your longest streak — is always kept. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no analytics, no ads, no third-party SDKs — nothing is ever sent anywhere. FoldUp isn't a substitute for professional treatment — it's a companion for the moments in between.
