Built by a scientist. Backed by the research. Not by guesswork. RepLab is a gym log created by a PhD scientist who reads the primary literature — and every recommendation cites the study behind it. Most trackers just store your numbers. RepLab turns them into coaching grounded in published exercise-science research, with the reasoning shown on screen. Tap "Why this number?" on any insight and read the citation yourself — Schoenfeld on volume, Zourdos on RPE, and more. No black-box AI. No influencer bro-science. A BODY MAP THAT GOES DEEPER THAN ANY OTHER APP Most apps colour a whole muscle group. RepLab maps your training down to the individual heads: • Upper vs. mid vs. lower chest • Side vs. rear delts · the three triceps heads · biceps + brachialis • The quad heads, both hamstring heads, glutes, adductors — even calves (gastrocnemius vs. soleus) and forearms A precise anatomical diagram — front and back — colours each region by how close it is to its research-based weekly volume target. PER-MUSCLE ANALYSIS — THE PART OTHER APPS MISS Your chest volume can look perfect on paper while your upper chest gets almost nothing. RepLab breaks every group down head by head, scores how evenly your volume is spread, and gives you the fix — including which exercise to swap for which, so you correct an imbalance without adding a single set of extra fatigue. Star a head you want to bring up and it's pushed toward the top of its range instead of just meeting the minimum. It catches the classics: pressing-heavy shoulders with nothing for the rear delts, pushdown-only triceps with a starved long head, leg-curl hamstrings with no hip hinge. LOG IN SECONDS — WITH TARGETS THAT MATCH YOUR GOAL • Weight and reps pre-filled; the next set's suggested load and rep target adapt to your goal — strength, hypertrophy, or fat loss • Full exercise history and estimated-1RM trend right where you log — no digging • Quick mode: a whole session on one screen • Supersets and full circuits, walked station to station • Warm-ups, drop sets, bodyweight + added weight • Rest timer in the Dynamic Island · plate calculator · form cues · Apple Watch logging • kg or lb · English & Spanish A FULL WEEKLY PLAN FROM 6 QUESTIONS Answer goal, experience, days, time, equipment, and priority muscles — RepLab builds a complete weekly routine balanced to research-based volume targets. Prefer a proven split? Start from Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, Full Body, or 5×5. As your data comes in, a weekly review fine-tunes your routines with one-tap Apply. TRAINING BLOCKS, PERIODIZED FOR YOU Plan a mesocycle and your weekly set targets ramp from the bottom of each muscle's range up to the top across the block, then drop for a deload. Your targets move with the block instead of sitting at the same number all year. NUTRITION TARGETS FROM YOUR ACTUAL TRAINING Daily protein, carb and fat ranges scaled to your bodyweight, your goal, and the hard sets you really logged this week — carbs rise with training volume, protein rises in a deficit. Targets only: RepLab will never ask you to log a meal. COACHING FROM YOUR OWN DATA (PRO) • Per-muscle balance analysis with exercise swaps and additions • Plateau detection — flags a stalling lift and suggests what to change • Daily readiness score and next-session targets from double progression • Push/pull & quad/hamstring balance, strength standards, rep-max table • Heart-rate insights via Apple Health (Apple Watch) Logging, history, charts, and the weekly planner are free forever. Pro unlocks the coaching layer — one subscription (7-day free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No analytics. No tracking. Your training data lives on your phone and syncs through your own private iCloud — we never see it. RepLab provides general training guidance, not medical advice. About

GLP

Features

Dial is a GLP-1 dose tracker for injections and pills. Log Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Victoza, Trulicity, Byetta and prescribed compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide on iPhone, with a companion Apple Watch app. FREE DOSE LOG Record the medication, dose, date, time and notes. Injections also record the site; tablets such as Rybelsus log without one. See the time since your last dose and your next reminder. One medication and one reminder are free, and the log has no cap. DIAL PRO Estimated medication-level charts from your logged doses, plus a Home Screen widget. More medications and reminders. Dose logging and complications on Apple Watch. Weight next to dose history, side-effect patterns, progress photos side by side, and a PDF or CSV export for your doctor. One-time lifetime purchase or subscription. PRIVACY No account and no analytics. Medication records stay on your device, with optional sync through your own iCloud. Weight stays local, with optional Apple Health integration. Photos stay on your device. You choose when to share a PDF or CSV. BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS Log weight, side effects and their severity, and keep progress photos. Track pens, vials and tablet bottles with expiration dates, or scan the package label to fill in the details. VIALS AND COMPOUNDED MEDICATION Log prescribed compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide from a vial with its labeled concentration. The unit converter takes the dose in mg and the labeled mg/mL you enter and shows the equivalent U-100 syringe units. It is arithmetic on your own numbers and does not suggest a dose. Check with your pharmacist or prescriber before preparing any medication. ESTIMATED LEVELS Available for supported injectable medications and dose units. Tablets show no level: the share of an oral dose that reaches the bloodstream varies too much between people for an honest number. Estimates come from a population model, not a measurement of medication in your body. MEDICATIONS Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), liraglutide (Saxenda, Victoza), dulaglutide (Trulicity), exenatide (Byetta, Bydureon BCise) and orforglipron, with regional brand and pack names. Add a custom medication if yours is missing. Being available to log does not mean a medication supports estimated-level charts. Dial is a personal tracker, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, recommend doses or medication changes, or give medical advice. Ask your healthcare professional about medication decisions. Brand names are trademarks of their manufacturers. Dial is not affiliated with or endorsed by Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly or any other manufacturer. Privacy policy: https://zentsu.app/dial/privacy/ Terms of use: https://zentsu.app/terms
