Ever set a timer, then wanted to share it so someone else can keep track with you? What if you wanted to share multiple timers? Say you have some muffins in the oven and oatmeal on the stove, but then needed to run out for coffee. Well, you can ask someone to check the oven when these muffins are ready or stove with oatmeal if they had access to your timer. Or have you ever wanted to set a timer then see when the timer actually went off? You saw the timer complete, but how long ago was that? Like if you had those muffins in the oven and the timer when off, well, how long have they been baking past when the timer went off? And if you're tracking multiple timers, maybe you're working out too. Hey guess what! Now you can! Or what about if you're the referee for the rec league soccer game and you want to let everyone know exactly when this game ends. Wouldn't it be great to have an alarm that is synced to everyone's phone? Or what if the baby naps and you want to let your partner know? No more signing up for a subscription app just for a timer! So many uses, so much room for activities! Shared Timer turns a countdown (or count up) into something everyone can experience together. Simply share a timer. I built this out of frustration because if I wanted someone else to keep track of something, I'd have to set the alarm on someone else's phone. I wanted the ability to set and share multiple timers, receive a timer, and watch those timers together. Set a timer, tap Share, and it sends a link to that person's phone. Everyone who opens the app sees the same countdown and gets the same alarm. There's no sign-ups, no accounts creation. As long as you have the app, tap the link and you're in. You and your friends can set multiple timers, share multiple timers, create recurring timers, share recurring timers, and more. You can share with multiple people too. If you're in a group and need to share one timer with 5 people, you can. This is the only timer app you will ever need! WHY PEOPLE USE IT - Kitchen coordination: "dinner's done at 6:15," and every phone in the house knows it - Baby naps: "When did the baby fall asleep?" "How long has the baby been asleep for?" Create a count up timer, then share it with whoever needs to know. They can see a live version of how long the timer has been running - Game nights & watch parties: sync the start time so nobody misses kickoff or quibbles when it's over - Workouts & study sessions: start an interval together, even in different rooms, or from across the country - Exercise intervals: workout together with recurring, shared alarms and timers - Kids & chores: "screen time ends at 6," backed by an alarm instead of an argument - Meetings & calls: a countdown to "go time" the whole group can see - Coaching: "game starts at exactly now" little league game? Soccer tournament? Get everyone on the same countdown. - Long distance: "call me the second this hits zero" BUILT THE WAY A TIMER SHOULD WORK - Create a timer by duration or by picking an exact time - Create a timer that counts up time, like a stopwatch - Share it instantly through Messages or any app you already use - Every recipient's alert fires at the same absolute moment even if they're offline or with the app closed - Only the creator can edit or cancel a timer; everyone else just watches it count down - Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, plus a Live Activity in the Dynamic Island - Nine colors to keep multiple timers straight at a glance - Full dark mode support, and available on iPad SIMPLE, HONEST PRICING Everyone's tired of subscriptions and ads. I sure am. Creating, receiving, and following timers is always free. Once you start sharing, your first 3 shared timers are free, and after that, one small one-time purchase unlocks unlimited timer forever! This price helps support my coffee habit! Shared Timer doesn't ask for your name, your email, or to create an account. It just keeps everyone on the same clock.

About

Kairotique

Features

Kairotique makes a stopwatch something a whole group can share. Create a room, send one invite link, and everyone who joins watches the same clock and writes into the same log, live, from their own iPhone or iPad. FOUR MODES - Stopwatch: count up, mark laps, and see every lap in a table with the name of whoever marked it. - Timer: set hours, minutes and seconds on the wheel or tap a saved shortcut, then count down together. - Sequence: chain guided steps such as Prep 10s, Work 40s, Rest 20s, repeat the whole set, and advance automatically or by tap. Every step boundary alerts you with sound and vibration. - Timestamp: for moments where all that matters is when it happened — a feeding, a nap, a glass of water. No running clock: one tap saves the exact time, and the list shows at a glance when each thing was last done. YOUR OWN BUTTONS Build preset buttons with your own labels ("Reagent added", "Water", "Set 2"). Each button is given its own color so you can tell them apart at a glance. One tap files the record immediately. A memo is optional and can be added afterwards, by typing or by dictation, so you never have to look away to write. ONE SHARED TIMELINE Every start, pause, lap and tap lands in the room's log with the author, the exact time and the elapsed time. Each member reads that log in their own language, because entries are stored as data and rendered per reader. Anything a person typed themselves is kept exactly as typed and never translated. BUILT FOR REAL SESSIONS - Works offline: taps are kept on the device and sync when you reconnect. - Alerts you when a timer or a step ends, even while the app is in the background. - 34 alarm tones, a loud-alarm option and vibration. - Keeps the screen awake while you work. - The host runs the session and can hand control to chosen members. EXPORT THAT LINES UP Export the current session or the full history as CSV or TXT. Every row is aligned to one standard column, the host's time zone, so records made by members in different countries still sort correctly. Files are UTF-8 with a BOM so spreadsheets open them cleanly. INVITE-ONLY BY DESIGN No public feed, no search, no direct messages, no profiles. A room can only be reached through its invite link. Hosts can remove members, anyone can block a user or report content, reported records are reviewed by our moderators, and you can delete a room or your entire account from inside the app. BASIC AND PREMIUM Basic is free. Rooms you host hold 2 people (you and one other), you get 3 exports per month, and ads are shown. Premium removes ads and raises rooms you host to 15 people, with unlimited exports, Home Screen widgets for one-tap recording, and the Apple Watch app, which records and controls a session from your wrist and keeps the current step and the time left on screen while your wrist is down. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered as a monthly or a yearly plan, that renews each period until you cancel it in your App Store subscription settings.
