Vordit records your meetings, conversations and voice notes — then does the part you never get around to: writing everything down. Tap record, put the phone down, and talk. When you're done, Vord gives you a speaker-labelled transcript and a recap you can actually use: the gist in a few sentences, the decisions that were made, and action items with owners and due dates pulled straight from what was said. NO SIGN-UP, NO ACCOUNT Install and record. There is no login screen, no email to hand over, nothing to set up. YOUR RECORDINGS STAY ON YOUR PHONE Audio and transcripts are stored only on your device. Audio is sent to the cloud just long enough to transcribe and summarise it — it is not kept there, and nothing is used to train AI models. BUILT FOR REAL CONVERSATIONS • Speaker separation — each voice gets its own label, so the recap can name who owns what • Mark moments while recording — flagged moments are emphasised in the recap and become tappable bookmarks in playback • Playback with a live transcript — the spoken line highlights and follows; tap any line to jump there • Search everything — titles, transcripts and recaps SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGES Vordit transcribes the language you speak — English, Hindi, Spanish, French,Tamil and many more, including mixed-language conversations. Choose a transcription language and transcripts are written in that script . Recordings in other languages can be translated to English with one tap — transcript, recap, title and all. SHARE THE RECAP, NOT THE HOMEWORK Send a clean, readable recap — or the full transcript — through WhatsApp, email, SMS or anything else on your phone. If you're viewing the translation, that's what gets sent. VOICE NOTES TOO Thinking out loud counts. Solo recordings become titled, searchable notes with the same summaries. Vordit is for anyone who leaves a conversation thinking "someone should have written that down": teams in standups and client calls, students in lectures, journalists in interviews, and anyone who narrates ideas on the move.
