StudyBeat vs Testify AI

Make a concrete plan for your next study session and keep an accurate record of what you finish. StudyBeat brings your subjects, focus blocks, exam targets and review cards into one study workspace. PLAN A FINISH LINE Set an objective for each subject, choose its planned duration and see your queue on Today. Completing an objective does not invent study time: your timer and manual entries record the minutes separately. FOCUS WITHOUT RUNAWAY TOTALS Start one focus block. When it finishes, the next phase waits for you. Customize focus and break lengths, pause when needed, or enter study time manually. Open a subject’s history to correct a duration or date, add a learning note and confidence, or delete an accidental entry. Your totals update from your saved records. PREPARE FOR EXAMS Give an exam a date and target study hours. See the remaining workload and estimated daily pace. Readiness forecasts project your recent recorded pace against that target; they do not measure mastery or guarantee grades. Edit exam details as plans change. REVIEW WHAT NEEDS PRACTICE Create question-and-answer cards, grade your recall and use spaced repetition to schedule the next review. Revisit cards you missed or found difficult. Organize everything by subject, with search and sorting. SEE YOUR STUDY RHYTHM Follow your daily goal, recorded-time streak, focus statistics and heatmap. Compare weekly totals and review your learning notes. Recorded time shows effort, not a promise of learning outcomes. KEEP A USEFUL REPORT Pro exports a semester PDF with white pages, subject totals, exam preparation, review activity, objectives, weekly comparison and learning notes. Export session details to CSV for your own analysis. FREE AND PRO New installations can try one subject and two saved study records. Delete a record to reuse its space. Existing records remain readable, editable and deletable. Existing customers keep applicable previous free allowances. Pro adds unlimited subjects and study records, study objectives, exam planning and readiness forecasts, spaced and difficult-card review, focus statistics and heatmap, and PDF/CSV exports. Monthly, yearly and one-time Lifetime options unlock the same Pro features. YOUR DATA AND SUPPORT Study records are stored on your device. No StudyBeat account or advertising tracking. Every question quotes the lecturer's own words, with a timecode that opens the video at that minute. Testify turns a lecture video, a YouTube link, a PDF or your notes into an AI quiz and flashcards. A QUOTE FROM THE LECTURE, NOT A PARAPHRASE Every explanation carries the lecturer's actual words and a timecode. Tap the timecode and the video opens at that minute, so checking yourself takes a second instead of a hunt. If the quote is not enough, the full passage opens right there, without leaving the quiz. YOU REDO WHAT YOU GOT WRONG Quizzes you scored low on collect into a separate list of weak spots, each with the date you last took it. You can retake any quiz as many times as you like, and flashcards from the same lecture give you a fast run through before an exam. PROGRESS THAT DOES NOT FLATTER Your day streak, average and best score, how many quizzes you finished and how many lectures you added. For the week, the month or all time. FOUR QUESTION FORMATS • Multiple choice: the classic test • Open questions: answer in your own words, AI grades them and explains what was missing • Flashcards: flip the card and grade yourself • Matching: pair terms with their definitions Formats can be mixed inside one quiz. A LECTURE CAN BE ALMOST ANYTHING A YouTube link, a video or audio recording, an article, a document, your own notes, a photo of the whiteboard. Or just a topic, when you have no material at hand. AI transcribes the recording, reads the text and writes questions from it. A minute or two later the quiz is ready. THE QUIZ IS YOURS TO SHAPE The number of questions (3 to 30), the formats, the difficulty, and your own request ("focus on the second chapter", "make it easier"). Or change nothing and use your defaults. ELEVEN LANGUAGES The interface and the questions come in English, Ukrainian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Polish, Turkish, Russian or Bulgarian. Transcripts and quotes always stay in the original language: those are the lecturer's words, and translating them would make them someone else's. BEFORE YOU INSTALL • An account is required: your lectures, quizzes and results are personal, and nothing is visible between users. • An internet connection is required, both to create a lecture or a quiz and to open one: all of it lives in the cloud, and the material is processed through the Google Gemini API. The device keeps only what the app needs to start: your sign-in, your settings and your latest list of lectures, so the home screen opens right away. • What you add is used only to build your quiz. We do not show it to anyone else and do not train models on it. • Testify is free to use: each month includes a set number of new lectures and quizzes. An optional Testify PRO subscription raises those limits, and the price for your country is shown on the PRO screen and in the App Store. • The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancelling is done in your Apple ID settings, not in the app. The monthly and yearly plans give the same access. • You can delete your account inside the app: Profile, then Delete account. Your lectures, quizzes and results go with it. Privacy policy: https://gettestify.app/privacy Terms of use: https://gettestify.app/terms
