Poised vs MoveSnap

Rehearse the conversation before you have it. A difficult conversation with your manager. Asking for a raise. Replying to a loaded email. Negotiating rent. Setting a boundary with someone you care about. Poised is an AI conversation coach that lets you practice difficult conversations before they happen. Rehearse what you want to say, face realistic pushback, and get practical coaching on what worked and what to improve. Your first 3 sessions are free. PRACTICE DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS Pick the conversation you are facing or describe it in your own words. Poised plays the other person: your manager, landlord, colleague, friend, or someone you need to have a difficult conversation with. They have their own reasons. They push back. They do not simply agree because you asked nicely. Choose how challenging the conversation should be, from cooperative to difficult, and practice until you feel ready for the real thing. When you finish, Poised gives you a detailed debrief: • What you did well • What you could improve • Your strongest moment • Better ways to phrase the parts that did not land • Practical coaching for the real conversation SMALL TALK & CONVERSATION PRACTICE Not every conversation is high-stakes. Practice small talk for a networking event, party, new colleague, stranger in a queue, or someone you have not seen in years. The other person is friendly but not effortless. You learn how to ask better questions, keep a conversation moving, build on what the other person gives you, and leave naturally. Build stronger conversation skills through practice instead of memorizing scripts. COACH — WHEN YOU NEED THE RIGHT WORDS Some difficult conversations happen in writing. Tell Poised what is happening and Coach helps you work out what to say. Get a ready-to-send draft plus coaching on: • What to say • What to avoid • Why the approach works Then make it warmer, firmer, or shorter with one tap until the message sounds like you, not a robot. Use Coach for difficult emails, salary conversations, negotiations, boundaries, sensitive personal messages, and the moments when you know what you mean but cannot find the right words. WHY PEOPLE CHOOSE POISED • Practice, not proofreading. Improve your communication skills, not just one sentence. • Realistic conversation practice. The other person can disagree, resist, question you, and push back. • Coaching that explains why. Understand what worked so you can use it again. • Work, money, and personal life. Practice conversations with managers, colleagues, landlords, friends, and people you care about. • Private by design. No account or login required, and your sessions stay on your device. MoveSnap: The Ultimate Property Inspection Tool Protect yourself from rental disputes and document property conditions with undeniable proof. MoveSnap is the essential app for tenants, landlords, and property managers to create fast, secure, and professional property inspection reports right from their iPhone. Moving in, inspecting mid-lease, or moving out — MoveSnap captures every detail with accuracy and transparency. TAMPER-PROOF PHOTOS Never rely on standard photos again. Every photo taken within MoveSnap is automatically watermarked with a burned-in, un-editable Date, Time, and GPS Location stamp. This guarantees the exact time and place the photo was taken, providing indisputable evidence of the property's condition. MATCH YOUR MOVE-IN SHOT EXACTLY Start a move-out or routine inspection from your original move-in, and MoveSnap fades that first photo over your camera view so you can line up the identical angle. A before-and-after slider then shows exactly what changed — the comparison that wins disputes. DOCUMENT DAMAGE THE DAY IT HAPPENS Something breaks in month six? Log it against that exact item with a photo and a note. Each item keeps a dated timeline across your whole tenancy, so you can prove when damage appeared — not just that it exists. DEPOSIT SHIELD See at a glance how well protected you are. Tap your score and MoveSnap tells you precisely what would strengthen it, ranked by impact — which rooms still need photos, which items are unrated, what's outstanding. INSTANT PDF & COMPRESSED ZIP REPORTS MoveSnap compiles your photos, room conditions, meter readings, and notes into a beautiful, professional PDF report. Need to share everything at once? Compress your entire inspection into a single ZIP file with one tap. BUILT FOR YOUR COUNTRY Bond, security deposit, or tenancy deposit — MoveSnap uses the right term for where you rent, asks for weekly or monthly rent to match local custom, and estimates your deposit using local rules. TENANCY JOURNEY TRACKER Track your tenancy stage (Move-In, Living, Move-Out, Completed) on a visual timeline, with live countdowns and reminders so you never miss a deadline. ROOM-BY-ROOM ORGANIZATION Add rooms (Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Living Room, Balcony), photograph each one, and rate its condition so nothing is missed. UTILITY METER READINGS & SAFETY CHECKLISTS Capture and log utility meter readings (Electricity, Gas, Water) alongside vital safety items like smoke alarms, safety switches, and key handovers — complete with visual date and location verification. PET PASSPORTS & EXTRA SPACE AUDITS Moving with pets or dedicated storage? Build a digital Pet Passport within your report and audit extra spaces like garages, storage units, and car parks. OFFLINE & SECURE VERIFICATION Every generated report includes a unique Report ID and a QR code metadata block. Anyone receiving the report can scan the QR code to instantly verify the generation timestamp and property address. PERFECT FOR: • Tenants: Document existing damage at move-in so you get your full bond or security deposit back when you leave. • Landlords: Maintain clear, professional records of your property's condition between lease agreements. • Property Managers: Conduct routine inspections quickly and efficiently without carrying a clipboard or digital camera. UPGRADE TO MOVESNAP PRO Your first report is 100% free! Upgrade to MoveSnap Pro to unlock unlimited inspections, remove the MoveSnap watermark from your PDF reports, and generate the Dispute Evidence Bundle — a single document placing every item's move-in and move-out photos side by side, with dates, GPS, and signatures, ready to submit if your deposit is challenged. COMPATIBILITY Requires iOS 17 or later. Runs on iPhone XS, XR and newer, including iPhone SE (2nd generation and later). Download MoveSnap today and take the stress out of property inspections!
