Placecard makes planning who-sits-where the easy, even enjoyable, part of your event. Whether it's a wedding, a big birthday, a gala or a family dinner, Placecard lets you build your guest list, design your tables exactly as the room will look, and drag each guest into their seat - all on a calm, beautiful canvas. WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT • Guest list done properly - track RSVPs, group guests (bride's side, work friends, family…), and add plus-ones and dietary notes. • Design your real room - round and rectangular tables, any number of seats, arranged just like the venue. • Drag-and-drop seating - tap or drag a guest into a seat; plus-ones sit together automatically, and you can swap a pair in one tap. • Keeps the peace - set "must sit together" and "keep apart" rules, and Placecard flags any seating that breaks them. • Try different plans - save multiple layouts (Plan A, Plan B…) and compare them side by side. • Share it beautifully - export a seating chart or printable place card

Headtable

Seat every guest, stress-free. Headtable is the focused seating-chart planner for weddings, receptions, banquets and parties. Build your guest list, collect RSVPs online, drag guests onto tables, keep the right people together (and apart), then print a chart worthy of the day. THE CANVAS • Set up the room in one step: say how many guests and what size of table, and the tables appear • Round, oval, square, rectangular, head and sweetheart tables — add, name, rotate and arrange them on a pannable, zoomable canvas • Drag a guest chip onto any seat. Change your mind? Move them again in a second • Auto-arrange that respects your rules, then hand-tune • Dance floor, DJ booth, bar, cake table, gift table, stage — the pieces every real floor plan has • Trace your real venue: put a photo or floor plan under the canvas (Pro) • Unlimited undo. A guest can never be lost: the unseated tray always has them GUEST LIST • Groups (the Smiths +2), RSVP status, meal choice, dietary needs, VIPs and kids' meals • Paste a whole list, import from Contacts, or bring in a CSV from your spreadsheet • Keep-together and keep-apart rules — Headtable nudges you when a rule is broken, and never blocks you INVITATIONS & RSVP • Send each guest — or each household — a private invitation link by message • Guests reply without an app or account: coming or not, their meal, allergies, and a plus-one if you allow it • Add a cover photo, a few words, the time and the place; after replying, guests can save the date to their calendar and open the map • Replies land on your guest list and free the seats of anyone who can't come FOR THE CATERER • Per-table view: who is seated where, with meal counts • Confirmed-only tray, so you seat the people who are actually coming • Color-code the printed chart by meal, with a legend PRINT & SHARE (PRO) • The full print pack: a clean seating chart with no Headtable footer, per-table lists, an alphabetical "find your seat" escort list, and a caterer meal summary • Fold-over place cards (name on both sides) and table-number cards, ready to cut out • A find-my-seat QR code: guests scan it at the door, type their name and see their table • Multiple events — rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception — and duplicate an event to try a variation without losing the original PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your guest list stays on your device until you choose to share something. Invitation links upload your invitation and guest names and keep your guests' replies for you; a find-my-seat page uploads only guest and table names. Both are deleted 30 days after the event, or as soon as you take them offline. No account, no ads, no tracking. HONEST PRICING Free: your whole guest list, unlimited tables and rules, and up to 50 seated guests — enough for most parties and small weddings — plus online invitations with your first 8 replies, your chart as a PDF and your list as a spreadsheet. Headtable Pro, one purchase shared through Family Sharing, seats everyone and adds every RSVP reply, the full print pack, a find-my-seat QR code, a venue photo under your plan and extra events. You plan an event once, and we price it that way. No subscription, ever. Made for iPhone and iPad, in light and dark.
