Davka
Read full descriptionHide full description
Davka is a minimalist supplement, water and caffeine diary. No accounts, no ads, no tracking - just one tap a day. First 14 days free, no card required. SET UP ONCE, LOG WITH ONE TAP Pick from a catalog of 34 supplements or add your own, assign them to morning, afternoon or evening, then just hit "Take all" once a day. Done. HOME SCREEN WIDGETS Log your whole dose - or a single supplement - right from your Home Screen without opening the app. WATER ALWAYS AT HAND A daily goal and a quick-add right on the home screen or from the widget. CAFFEINE AT A GLANCE Espresso, cappuccino, matcha or a V60? Pick your drink and your cup is logged - estimated caffeine included. A simple curve estimates how much caffeine is still in you and how much will be left in the evening - right in the app, as a widget, or as a live card on your Lock Screen. Supplements with caffeine count too. YOUR OWN SECTIONS Supplements are just the start - create your own sections for anything else you take or do, and schedule each item for the days you choose. AN OVERVIEW THAT KEEPS YOU GOING - a calendar of complete days and your current streak - missed a day? Log it later - stats over weeks, months and your whole journey, with a fun fact here and there - today's nutrient summary from the catalog - optional alcohol-free and fast-food-free day counters Track only what you want - coffee, alcohol and fast food can each be hidden. REMINDERS THAT DO THE WORK Optional reminders for each part of the day - and you can log straight from the notification. PDF REPORTS AND CSV Turn a quarter or a whole year into a clean PDF report - or export everything to CSV anytime. APPLE HEALTH AND ICLOUD With your permission, micronutrients, water, caffeine and alcohol are written to Apple Health. Your records sync through your private iCloud - nobody else can access them, including us. PRIVACY WITHOUT COMPROMISE No sign-up, no third-party analytics. Your data stays on your device and in your iCloud. The first 14 days are free to try, no card required. Then a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Davka is a diary, not a health advisor - it does not provide medical or nutritional advice. PulseDiary

PulseDiary brings pulse checks, everyday health records, and recent trends into one private wellness journal. MEASURE YOUR PULSE Use the rear camera and flash on a compatible iPhone for a guided 30-second pulse check. Place your fingertip over the camera and flash, keep still, and review your reading when complete. Camera frames are processed live and are not saved as photos. KEEP USEFUL CONTEXT Save heart-rate readings with optional context such as morning, exercise, caffeine, stress, or night. Review records by date and choose which readings to include in trend calculations. TRACK MORE HEALTH METRICS Manually record blood pressure and blood glucose. Calculate BMI from the height and weight you enter. These metrics are not measured by the iPhone camera. UNDERSTAND RECENT PATTERNS Review heart-rate history, metric trends, weekly summaries, and reports based on your saved data. When there is not enough data, the app shows that clearly instead of filling gaps with estimates. YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE Health records stay on your device. This version does not connect to Apple Health or sync records with other apps. LEARN AT YOUR OWN PACE Read educational content about heart rate and everyday wellness, with source information and safety guidance. PULSEDIARY PRO An optional auto-renewable subscription unlocks continued pulse checks, complete history, longer-term trends, and full reports. Weekly and yearly plans are available. The current price, currency, and billing period are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app. PulseDiary is for general wellness, personal records, and information only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Do not use it for emergencies or medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about concerning symptoms or readings; contact local emergency services in an emergency.
