What did the sky look like today? CloudyToday is a gentle journaling app that lets you capture the sky in photos โ and have AI tell you exactly what kind of cloud you're looking at. AI Cloud Identification & Collection Snap a photo and our AI classifies it among 26 real cloud species, from cumulus to cirrostratus. Every analysis earns you a badge, so filling out your cloud encyclopedia becomes its own little game. Spot a rare optical phenomenon like a lenticular cloud or a double rainbow, and you'll unlock a special badge too. Mood Journal & Tags Pair each photo with a short journal entry and mood tags, so you can always look back and remember exactly how that sky made you feel. Sky Details See how high the sun is right now, or what phase the moon is in tonight. Check sunrise/sunset times, a 3-day forecast, and today's special sky events โ meteor showers, full moons, and more. Neighborhood Sky Map Share sky updates anonymously with people near you. Exact locations are never stored โ only your general district or city โ and you can tap "Sky is Pretty" to add to your neighborhood's daily sky index. Sky Reading Magazine Learn how to read the weather from clouds, tips for spotting rare formations, and regular cloud letters. Smart Notifications, Clear Days Only We check the weather at your location and only send a gentle nudge on days with a clear sky โ never on rainy or overcast days. No Sign-Up, Your Data Stays On Your Device Start right away with no account required. Your photos and journal entries are stored locally on your device, with backup codes available for safe transfer. Build the small habit of looking up, one sky at a time, with CloudyToday.

One day is one entry: a photograph and a few words. That is the whole diary. There is no feed to scroll, no likes, nothing to set up. You open the app in the evening, you put the day down, you close it. THE DAY A photo from the camera or your library, the date, and as much text as you want. It saves itself as you type โ there is no Save button to forget. STICKERS Thirty-five cats and dogs stand right in the sentence, where a word would be: a sad cat, a dog at a laptop, a cat with a glass at the end of a long Tuesday. They are the only color in a black-and-white app, and they stay on the day โ the calendar, the widgets and the year keep to gray. Type a word or an emoji and the right animal comes running. THE HISTORY Written days become squares in a calendar. Scroll back and the months keep going; tap a square and the day opens. A year is visible whole. THE EVENING REMINDER It comes only while today is still empty. Write the day and the evening stays quiet. WIDGETS Today's photograph on the home screen, the whole year as squares, and a small mark on the lock screen that opens the diary. YOUR OWN iCLOUD Entries sync through your private iCloud โ the iPhone writes, the iPad shows the same year. There is no account, no login, and no server of ours holding your year. We cannot read what you write. FACE ID The diary opens with your face or your passcode. There is no separate code inside the app: it would be nobody's to restore. FREE, AND ODD PRO The diary, the calendar and your entries on every device you own are free always โ one photograph a day, and as many words as you like. odd Pro adds: โข up to five photographs in a day โข the cats and dogs in your text โข the Today and Year widgets โข the Face ID lock Three days free. After that a year at a time, or one payment that never runs out. An expired subscription never hides what you have already written โ it only stops you adding more. iPhone, iOS 18 and later.
